Everything is always stocked in abundance. Discounts are clearly marked. We do wish there were more sales to shop from. Selection is huge with lots of great options though! My family and I mainly wear and shop for Nike, but we always find store brand or unknown brand items that we want to try.

Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The cashier acted like she’d rather be anywhere else. I’ll be shopping at scheels from now on. This was my last visit.

BRYSON was our sales associate in Wichita on Rock Rd and is a TREMENDOUS Asset to Dicks Sporting Goods! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we searched for the perfect pair of shoes for our daughter, which we found. Thank you, Bryson!! You made us life long shoppers with DSG!!

Asked to try on a pair of shoes and the child working there said they didn't have that size. Went online and found them in stock at this location. Ordered them online and went to the front to pick them up. The SAME child who said they didn't have them, walked them up to the front to fill the online order. Shouldn't have to out-stupid the stupid.

I stood at the sunglasses counter for 20 minutes before anyone helped me with 5 cashiers and a manager standing there. They then could not find the box for the sunglasses I wanted and gave me a different box. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience or acted like it mattered. Multiple people then proceeded to cut me in line again with a manager and several cashiers working the counter. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a Sporting Goods Store. I would not recommend shopping at this location

Our recent visit to your establishment was a disgrace to your brand. We went in with every intention to buy a new pair of shoes for my husband. However, we were ignored in YOUR shoe department and the employees that were “on the clock” were only helping people in which they chose to help. Apparently we didn’t fit the profile of a couple that can afford a pair of tennis shoes. When I went looking for a manager she was unavailable but the lady that I spoke with did help me find an employee, however he was not interested in helping us find a pair of shoes at all. He was interested in getting back to standing around or helping someone he deemed worthy of his time. I also intended to purchase some athletic clothes. I will no longer be patrons at this store or any other location that profiles people and refuses to help. If you don’t want to provide that service, be like Academy where at least we can try on shoes without help. Even there, we are greeted and can always find help. Do better, Dicks. This is a terrible way to treat customers that come into your store expecting to spend money on expensive shoes as my husband works on his feet all day and needs good shoes. You should be ashamed as a brand and a company. I will be following up with the store manager tomorrow via phone and will post this on every single social media outlet I have access to. This is a terrible way to treat humans.

Truck drivers, If you are delivering merchandise to this location do not show up early or at least be ready to camp out you will not get unloaded until your delivery time exactly as they do not keep enough staff for early deliveries, plenty of parking in back just don't block any docks, be courteous so others can get in for their appointment time. The good thing is your near places to eat and plenty of sidewalks to walk around on to kill time waiting.
