What the hell this is the fifth time I've come to the pharmacy and they've been closed what the f*** it's only 8:30 why are they closing half hour early I'm pissed I'm going to write every bad review there is b******* fifth time I'm disgusted with this place I thought they shut the pharmacy down five times I've come here and they've been shut down at 8:30 why the hell does it say 9:00 on their secedule b*******how to play shut down they're f****** joke the one guy was just a rude a******

The only problem I have is I don’t get paid to check myself out. There is usually only one or two check outs open. With the price of food today I shouldn’t have to check my own groceries.

I read a few of the comments before writing this, and I'll admit I have had my share of issues getting my refills, etc. However. I mostly find that it's NOT always the pharmacys fault.My issue today is a positive one. A few days ago, a pharmacy member called to ask about any issues I might have using a particular scrip I had been on for a year. Surprisingly I had but had been thinking the cause was not a drug related thing.Needless to say, I immediately called for an appt with my primary provider and I'm now on a different medication. Someone at this pharmacy took the time to call and ask and has hopefully kept me from having more of these symptoms. I, for one, am grateful to Dillons Pharmacy Team Members and the call they made on my behalf. My Health Care Provider, nor I, as a once upon a time nurse, caught this to get it changed. That is quality and concern in action, so I always recommend Dillons Pharmacy to others and will continue as a customer as long as I can. ?❤️

They never have our medicine ready on time. They have had four days to get an antibiotic cream and pills. They still don’t have it and said they never got the antibiotic pill prescription when I can look at my Portal and see that my doctor sent the prescription.

Well.. it was great service for 7 months until now. Called on a Saturday powered refills. Called Monday and Wednesday to check status. Meds are typically in stock and generics etc.. Picked up on Thursday... filled incorrectly. 1 missing, 1 wrong medicine, another one missing... how do you give someone the wrong medicine! Be careful people, don't trust this place, doubte check everything.

When you are told that it's going to be an hour to fill your prescription and you should come back only to be told it's going to be another half an hour. You ask them why I was told an hour ago it was going to be an hour an then they look at their computer only to tell you they don't have that medication. And you ask can you tell me who might have that medication you are told that you can call around. Not very helpful. Not very pleased with their customer service.

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for years and recently the service has just gone off the rails. There have been times they told me my prescription was gonna be filled in a few hours and when I get there, they have not filled it yet. They have overcharged me for medication- charging the same price for 15 pills as they do for 90. And they have even forgotten to give me some of my medication when I go to pick up. Today was the last straw. My father previously filled his inhaler prescription in September. My doctor wrote a prescription in October by accident and we told them not to fill. A month later (today) they filled it and gave it to us. I unknowingly picked it up and when I realized their mistake, they told me there was nothing they could do. This cost me $60 extra dollars! I went out and spoke with them and the technician I talked to was rude and demeaning. My family and I will be switching our pharmacy elsewhere and never going here again. I suggest you all do your best to avoid this pharmacy.
