Dillon’s pharmacists are the kindest and most reliable I’ve dealt with this past year! For some reason pharmacies in all stores in the area have been buzzing and have had long lines and lots of hustle and bustle these past two years. Not sure why they have been SO busy, but it must be stressful. In spite of this, I haven’t found any curt or uncaring behavior from any of the pharmacists and pharmacy workers within the Dillon’s store at Central and Maize in Wichita! On the contrary, one of their team was most sympathetic to me on a day when (do to medicine shortages and doctor’s prescribing new, untried and true meds for my son), I had confessed I was losing hope of the matter ever resolving. She stopped and took the time to reassure me, saying not to lose hope, and all would be all right in time. She also listened and gave me some suggestions, as well! I went out of the store with tears in my eyes; all I’d needed was to have someone empathize and care, which she certainly did! My deepest praise and thanks to Dillon’s Pharmacy workers at Central/Maize store! Wish you didn’t have to work under such busy, stressful circumstances and I wish there was something I could think of to do for you in return for your constant kindness. You make going through the rough stuff a little easier!! ☺️

I absolutely love the Click List option. I order my groceries on the Dillons app, set the date and time, pull up, and they load my groceries into my car. Super courteous and cool people.

went to pick up an important prescription, was told to come back in 15-20 minutes & it would be ready & when i came back they told me they didn’t have it….. waste of time bae ??

Dillons Pharmacy at Central and Maize has been our family’s pharmacy for over 20 years. They treat us as family members always taking time to hear concerns, answer questions, make calls to physicians, and insurance companies in our behalf. The trust I have for Kay, Donna, and ever so many more to name brings me such piece of mind words are not available.

My 93 year old grandmother was dismissed by the manager of the floral department. She received a bouquet for her birthday that included lilies. She received it from Dillons floral department. It arrived at 2pm and was 100% dead by the next morning so she only was able to enjoy it for a few hours. Upon telling the manager at the floral department he simply said "sorry" and dismissed her as if he didn't have the time of day for her. Horrible customer service! And I am sorry a little more respect should be given to an elderly person who took the time to try to rectify that the gift her friend sent her wasn't a waste of money. He should have made an effort to make things right. I am furious with the treatment my grandmother received.

Any chance you could work with your Chinese Kitchen to make Irish egg rolls ? They are basically a Ruben sandwich in an egg roll. Get in the Irish spirit with our golden and crispy Irish Egg Rolls - stuffed with corned beef, sauerkraut, bistro sauce & Swiss cheese. (I don't know what they bistro sauce is. )

The pharmacy I usually use ran out of our medication. I went through the drive thru. The first assistant was nice and went to get the “ pharmacist “. I had a bit of trouble understanding which insurance card was needed. I found it and the Pharmacist still told me it would be fifteen more minutes? I said “ I called and they said it was ready “ ? She was rude and no customer service skills! It’s on Video.
