I like everything but those lousy self checkout lanes. You only had a couple manned terminals open. I refuse to the self check out and if you insist, I'll shop
elsewhere. I have been a customer of Dillons since I was 16 starting in Hutchinson KS 1968. that is a lot of loyalty for the lousy service with reduced lanes available. Shame!

When shopping at a dillions and find your self looking at a security generator camera in the parking lot.... just turn around amd leave... this is indicative the very diverse locals helping themselves to the merchandise

The store quality has taken a major nose-dive. Instead of friendly cashiers and staff like other locations- they bring in outside security to harass and threaten as you walk in the door.
Drive the extra mile to go to a location that is more professional and courteous.

An older store, not quite as many features as the bigger stores. Busy place as it serves a very large area. Friendly staff and clean.

Store is on par with other Dillons. The only reason I don't love it is that it's a super busy location so there are often lines and the parking lot is a bit hectic. But it's still a good Dillons and in a convenient location (so I end up contributing to the busyness)
