First of all there is never any customer service. Tonight I came in with a stack of coupons, there was only one line with a cashier open and 20 people in line as usual. I went to the self-checkout and asked about help scanning them in. The employee was not friendly, did not want to help, then left everything she took out of the bags in a sloppy pile and some fell on the floor. Then walked off without saying anything. Then went and got a manager and confiscated all my food and coupons! They acted like I was stealing this food with the coupons I had!!! I will be calling cooperate about having coupons and not allowing people to use them! I don't care if it was 20 coupons, they were all valid and should have been usable! Not to mention the amount of embarrassment by Basically accusing me of stealing coupons!!!! I'm appalled!!!!!!!

I stood at the deli area where the chicken is and stood there for 15 minutes, no one bothered to speak or say anything to me and I'm on my lunch break, I understand that they don't serve until 11:00am, which I found out after I stood there for 15 minutes and still standing here, along with others, and there's nothing, customer service is very very very bad in the area of the hot dinners ( chicken dinners), really need to get it together on their customer service skills

To be honest, I enjoyed the store, its security, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. The only thing I would change is the prices. I was greeted with a smile and treated fairly, and I would 9 out of 10 give it an awesome referral if it wasn't for the prices. Per my understanding, the prices reflect the roughness of the area, having to be so high since they have to make a profit somehow, and theft is rampant in the area. I understand that and am not knocking that fact.

Stopped in to get a couple of ribeyes after work. Went to register checked out and paid! As we were exiting the store the alarms went off and a security guard was right there sad said “hey you just bought some ribeyes right? Let me take the alarms off the package for you. It’s fine that they want to put alarms on their merchandise however, they should have some system in place to remove the alarms at check out. It was quite embarrassing walking out the door.

The line was so long it went to 3 aisles over. Only 1 registere was open. Even if you are short staffed, please don't just grab arm full of groceries and cram them into one bag. It was the WORST bagging I have ever seen. I stood in the parking lot for 10 minutes fixing it all. Come on Dillons you can do better than this. It's Friday early evening, you know people are getting off work and getting items for the night and weekend!

This store is a joke!! Place an items are strung out all over store. Frozen meal isles were not stocked, boxes in middle of isles. I am handicapped and used a mobility scooter, could not get down half of isles. Best thing for this place to do is close doors!!
I would not recommend this store to my dog or worst enemy!!
