Many shoppers appreciate the friendly and cheerful staff, who are always willing to help, whether it's finding fresh vegetables or creating special flower bouquets. The store features helpful employees in departments like cheese and flowers, providing expert advice and personalized service. Customers are encouraged to use the Dillons app and plus card to access deals and coupons, which can lead to significant savings. Although the store layout has recently changed, the app's map makes it easier to navigate and find deals. Overall, Dillons is known for good service, fresh products, and a variety of items that help customers save money while shopping for their needs.
Ty is the security guard there and is very observant he notices if customers need help from and to your vehicle. Inside the store he will direct you to the area your needing to go to. Very helpful to handicap individuals. I appreciate his service as well as keeping customers safe when entering parking lot.
