Absolutely the worst customer service. We've came here 3 different times to get my friend his ID so he can move forward with his life. Each time they've told us something completely different from what we were told the last time. Adding more hoops to jump through, and making it harder for him to get back to work and have a life. Note, this is a vet! Giving him almost impossible tasks to complete. So if you're trying to get your life back together and all you need is am ID.....good luck, because they'll be no help and make it harder/worst for your life. Joke of a department, joke of a location 🙄

This place, though very busy, was quick! Waited maybe 25 minutes to get seen? Sherrie was so awesome! She was efficient and easy to work with! Def will do more DMV business through this branch for sure!

They told me to schedule an appointment and so I did...just to get there and them tell me I dont need an appointment and that the lady who's supposed to help with the SR22 is on lunch. So what's the whole point of me scheduling the appointment in the first place if she's not even going to be there. Dumb. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
