Allowed huge aggressive dogs in the store that wasn't service animals. Scaring customers that have a fear of dog's. Was asked multiple times to please atleast moved it out the entrance way. Had to say I was going to report & call police. Totally unacceptable. Was called names & disrespected by someone; that was having a conversation with the cashier & not buying anything. The cashier didn't care at all & should had the dog outside the store or away from the entrance where shoppers have to enter & exit. The cashier appeared to be having side conversations without working with that person.

This is a good corner store. I like that it's local and it has basics + other stuff too. I wish there was a buzzer or a bell to call an employee to the register. I do like the new produce section that's starting up !! Can't wait to have that more often to rely on for fresh groceries and not so much processed food.

Came because was close to this location to do a return from another Dollar General store and they didn’t want to accept the return. If I would have known wouldn’t even have came to this store. So inconvenient I guess next time have to call ahead and not waste my time!!

This dollar general is about average. They aren't usually too busy but seems like they almost always just have one person working the counter, so checkout can sometimes take a while. They do have way better prices on certain items than what you would find at a larger grocery store.

Don't ever go to this dollar general on Rock Rd! The manager there is really rude! I didn't catch her name. But she had blonde hair and was pretty old looking. So I did a pick up order because I noticed there was a bunch of deals on the laundry detergent so I was like why not stock up now and get some for my family. So I placed a pick up order and I noticed some stuff were marked not there and was not full filled in my order. But the site said they had a lot in stock. So when I went in, they did have them in stock. So I let them know the situation. And said the reason for the order was to hit their saturday promos for when you spend $25 you get $5 off. But because they marked it "not there" in my order it didnt hit the promo. They said its fine they would cancel it and ring all my stuff back up. And I said the online coupons I used in the app won't get lost right? Because they are 1 time transaction only coupons, but she said it would return back to me in the app. Well, turns out I did not get them back on the app and they were completely lost now. Now I was getting overcharge for most of my items that were way cheaper in my order pick up because of those coupons I used in the app. I told her it was this price originally from my pick up order. Told her which items had those coupons, showed her my confirmation email with all the charges. She kept saying I was lying. She didn't want to honor it even when I was showing her proof. Accused me of using fraudulent coupons when all the coupons I used were clipped from the store's app. and because she cancelled my order those coupons were long gone now. She continued to yell at me and asked me to leave and saying I'm not welcomed back. Never in my life have I experienced something like that and I was so confused why she was so mad? To even ask me to leave? I'm not one to complain or speak up because I know what its like to work retail, but that was so out of line. Especially when I wasn't even mad and was being very patient. Something that could have been easily fixed because she was too lazy to really look for my items when picking..... instead of just marking them off as "not even there." Literally left there shaking and started to cry when I went in my car because I have never witness something like that in my life. I will never be going there again.

At this location the staff was ausom she was very friendly and helpful to us and help out outhers we got to joke around with her .she was great .I will try to shop here agean .
