Not open til 10 PM like it says. Pulled up at 9pm Saturday night and doors were locked.

If I could rate a negative star I would. This is because of a single employee located at this store. The employees name is Amy, she is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Especially if you interrupt her when she is smoking in the front of the store or when she is texting on her phone behind the counter. I personally witnessed Amy tell a customer to leave the store over a dispute for the price of a gallon of milk. Amy was very rude and cocky towards the customer who merely pointed out that there was milk labeled to cost over $4 and it was passed its expiration date. There was another time Amy literally ripped the items out of a customers hands telling her " I thought I told you not to come in here when I am working here" . The act was nothing short of an assault on the customer. How this person still holds a position at Dollar General is beyond me. She needs to be fired. The days she is working the entire atmosphere in the store feels heavy and negative.

OMG!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN AN EMPLOYEE BEHAVE WITH SUCH DISRESPECT IN MY LIFE. THE EMPLOYEES AT DOLLAR GENERAL USUALLY AT THE VERY LEAST ARE SOMEWHAT PLEASANT, BUT THIS AMY LADY IS FOUL MOUTHED AND RUDE FOR NO APPARANT REASON. A YOUNG MAN ASKED HER A QUESTION ABOUT A PRICE DIFFERENCE ON THE SHELF AND SHE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE GENTLEMAN SAID I DONT HAVE TIME FOR STUPIDITY AND WALKED OUT TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND STARTED SMOKING AND TEXTING ON HER PHONE. IS THIS WHAT DOLLAR GENERAL IS REDUCED TO? SURELY THERE ARE MORE DESERVING INDIVIDUALS OUT THERE NEEDING WORK. THIS AMY PERSON IS DEFINATELY COSTING DOLLAR GENERAL A LOT OF MONEY. THIS DOESNT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME POST UNLESS I CLICKED ONE. THIS AMY NEEDS TO FIND OTHER WORK BESIDES CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Love the one by my house 47th & K-15. I love the employees there, very friendly, great customer service, always keeping the store tidy. I won't go to any other dollar general now.
