This has been my absolute favorite Dollar Tree for years, but lately I really feel like it's going downhill. Giving credit where credit is due, it's still a nice store, clean, well stocked, but the newest employees make it such an uncomfortable experience anymore. The teenagers say whatever they want as loud as they want, and blatantly ignore anyone telling them to tone it down. Even who I'm assuming is their manager. The new man is incredibly rude and acts like everyone is beneath him. Part of the reason Ive loved this store for so long is the employees. Lindsey is a sweetheart, Kayley is always happy to help, Hailey is always in a positive upbeat mood.
But it seems like anymore I always end up with the newer, unprofessional cashiers when I go in and it's completely ruined how I feel about the store. So disappointing.

The Dollar Tree in Maize, KS is organized! Large DT with better selection than other DT's.

This location was very clean,orderly and shelves were well stocked with merchandise. Staff is always friendly and respectful.

This is by far the best Dollar Tree in Wichita. The others are messy and disorganized. The ones running this one are awesome!
