Mike Caster did an awesome job of not pressuring us to buy a truck. We felt very at ease and not rushed at all. He took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we understood things about our truck and made us feel welcome to come back with any questions anytime. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and Steve notified me of a screw in my tire. I agreed to have them repair it and he called me again when everything was complete. I liked the way Steve communicated with me and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Steve Nelson!

Husband and I went in yesterday to look at vehicles and was greeted by Cameron. After listening to all our needs and the price we had to stay in she showed us some vehicles that best fit our needs (she was very attentive to our needs). We went to several other dealerships and decided to go back to Donovan Auto and Truck Center today for the vehicle we wanted....from the start I liked how welcome she made me feel. From start to finish everyone treated us like family.Highly recommend

Immediately when I pulled in I was greeted by a service associate (Tommy). Very friendly and listened to my concerns. I was in for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation). I have an issue of not warming up all the way and I didn't have an appointment for that problem. He politely says we will take a look at it but it could be a while. They were able to look at it and repair the problem in about 3 1/2 hours. Pretty good for not having an appointment. Great job Tommy, the service tech & Donovan! A+

Bruce, Clifton, and Cameron were all very accommodating and courteous. They are a great team. Bruce was extremely helpful in the ordering and delivery process. Clifton's expertise with the warranty and finance paperwork was top-notch. And Cameron was fantastic in keeping me up to date on everything else. The truck was pretty clean and ready for pickup except for some packing tape residue on the driver's interior door handle, the Boze speaker grill inside the driver's door, the Denali floor badge (driver's side), and a few patches on the chrome on both exterior mirrors. Other than the tape residue, the interior and exterior looked excellent! Thanks again for making my new truck purchase an enjoyable and memorable experience.

UNBELIEVABLY DISTURBING!!!I have never been treat like that. INCONSIDERATEThe way there sales people are, is not first come gets the test drive and possibly purchase. NO NO.We were at the dealership waiting to test drive a truck and even had the truck pulled so we could drive it, when another salesman pushed his way and had someone in the truck. Mind you we had already been there a good 40 minutes and the other sales had these other people in the vehicle. That salesman if you call him that, knew we were there and waiting. Manager was told of this and did nothing.We were advised by our salesperson that they were test driving and we could test drive it after and IF they don't make an offer we could.WHATI'm sorry that isn't the way it works! We had the right for the first test drive and offer. This is bull stuff.If you are not dressed better than the other potential customer you get treated like %$%%^.I am warning you. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE AT DON HATTAN!!Unless you like being treated with no respect.Don't get me started on there service department that like to hide extra charges on to the repair bills.

Went in to get a new transmitter for my car . Got the part ordered within a week . walked in and the gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and said he could get it done in a few hours . I told him I had work in a couple hours and this man went out of his way to Personally pull my car into the shop and bust out the job in 30 minutes . Can’t thank these guys enough. Customer service exceptional ! And now I have a nice new key fob . ? wish I caught his name to give him a shoutout .
