Awful. The clothes are cute, but highly overpriced, and they treat employees like utter garbage. I overheard a manager scolding an employee for not helping another customer when she was busy with another. Very bad taste. It makes me wonder what they say about customers behind their back since all they care about is numbers and not the people!
