Good management, order was wrong on all days, valentines day! They went above and beyond to make things right. I will be buying wife's flowers here and eatables. Beautiful flowers and Amazing food, from fruit to cheesecake to brownies! Can't say enough! Can't wait to order from here again!

I dont give this a 0ne star, but there is not options for negative stars. Tried to use the service here in wichita ks asked for an am delivery because the business gets busy in the afternoon, came later in the afternoon and no delivery. Went to talk to the ladies at the business and got told I should have told them the business name, but saying it three times is not good enough I guess.I will not be using this service from these people ever again. I have been wanting to try it since it came to town, but I wish it would close down. Horrible, rude, non ethical people working here who don't care about customers at all. Called customer service and they acted like how dare I make a complaint against the company name.

We ordered a delivery Friday 4-28 online for retirement celebration at 830-9am. We called the store to be sure they had our phone numbers. At 615pm that evening, we get a hateful call from the.store manager that no one is home to accept delivery. Im did ask why the delivery was so late as it is a friday evening and I was told they get to it when they can. My husband heard the entire conversation and commented how rude this manager was doing the delivery. I understand ppl are overworked but this was just hateful so we said cancel and we would just cover any cancellation expenses as life it too short to deal.with this for a gift. We are a major business and use to give these for client gifts. We wont be ordering anymore.

Got some chocolate dipped strawberries for valentine’s day. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, the people who work the front desk are always in a bad mood and I watched them talk to each other and ignore the ringing phone. They had my order ready on time for me to pick up though! Definitely overpriced unfortunately, grocery stores sell the same thing at a BETTER QUALITY at half the price. Definitely will not be returning. And very disappointed that by the looks of the other recent reviews that management isn’t doing much to resolve these apparent issues.

We received a fruit bouquet and a chocolate cake topped with strawberries. Both were fresh, delicious and looked beautiful! They were delivered right on time and by a friendly delivery person. Highly recommend!

I ordered an Edible Arrangement for our daughter in Wichita. They advertise for same day delivery, but that wasn't true. Their delivery truck had already left. The honey I will never order from Edible Arrangements in Wichiiiiidew melon was mushy. The rest was sort of okay. I sent a smaller version to our other daughter in Omaha at the same time. It looked just as large, if not larger than the Wichita one, and was very fresh.

I love the arrangements and products they offer. The customer service is the issue I have had. I made an order online and chose delivery as it's my husband's birthday and we are leaving for the airport in the morning so I did not have time to drive halfway across town to pick it up. They had no problem taking my payment immediately and then over an hour later I got a call from them stating that they're delivery driver was already booked for the rest of the day and they could not make any more deliveries. They requested that I come and pick up my order and I told them that I could not do that as I was in the middle of packing. She told me that there was no way they could make the delivery for me today and offered to push it to tomorrow which again obviously does not work for us as I needed this today. I can be understanding in a lot of situations but when I went to go pick up the order I asked the lady if I could receive the 20% off coupon that was on their website for the specific item because had I ordered it online as a pickup I could have used that promotion they had going. She then informed me she could not help me with that either. So I ended up paying $84 for an order that could have been $50 because I had to pay full price plus the delivery fee even though I'm the one who had to go pick up the order. I told her that this was wrong and the she should let someone know so that it can be made right. It's such a shame because their food is wonderful but you have to treat your customers the same way you'd want to be treated in order for them to continue buying from you. Very upset by the situation and I feel like I have been ripped off..

I ordered a small arrangement for my parents 55th wedding anniversary. They were unable to deliver on the date I requested which was understandable because my parents were not available when they arrived for delivery. I did put in my notes to call before arriving to make sure they were there. Someone from the store called me and said they would deliver the next day and I said that would be fine. I notified my parents that a delivery would be coming the next day so they would be available. Around noon my parents called and said they had not received anything yet. I called the store and was treated poorly by the person on the phone and told that they were not able to deliver it that day but we could pick up. The whole point of edible arrangements is to have things delivered when ordered as I live out of town. . They said their driver cannot make the delivery that day. I asked for a manager. They had me call another person who had obviously been informed by the employee at the store that I wasn't happy. The manager I spoke to was rude and disrespectful. Complaining that she would have to deliver on her day off. A good manager would make her driver deliver but I won't go into that. Anyway, after a lot of back-and-forth she finally agreed to do the delivery. I was asking for a refund and they said they could make the refund but not refund the delivery fee which is ridiculous. I would highly avoid ordering from this location if possible. Employees were extremely rude and disrespectful to a customer and it was totally unacceptable. If there is another option in Wichita for an edible arrangements store I would use it otherwise find something else. Highly recommend You look for other options.
