Wouldn't list items like I asked. Asked 5 different times to list my items the way I wanted them sold. Fought me about it the whole time about the items listed. Some items hav.e sold and still haven't been paid for items that sold. They keep on saying that payments been processed.have asked for them to pay me and return my items and it like hitting the lottery to get them to do anything. Would not ever use them again. went to them thought it wasn't going to be a hassle. Were selling company I have ever used.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also intend to investigate the possibility of remediation through small claims court. Whatever means you may have to sell your merchandise, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of pursuing those other pathways before calling John and Marlena.\\n\\nFollow up: After weeks of waiting, I was given a handwritten check over the weekend. I attempted to take it to their bank to cash it, fearing that there may not be sufficient funds and not wanting to deal with the nightmare that such an issue would create with my own account. After 20 minutes of waiting and 2 telephone calls, the teller informed me that \\\"they could not negotiate the check.\\\" No follow up explanation was given, but it's academic. The check has no value.\\n\\nAt this point, my advice is that, if you are thinking about utilizing their services, you might as well take your belongings and hurl them off the Douglas Bridge. The river is just as likely to pay as they are.

Edrop is quite the place--has just about everything but the kitchen sink. The proprietor is friendly, helpful and thorough. Highly recommend as a seller if you're willing to wait for just the right customer to pay what you're asking; or if you just want to browse the store and pick up something you've always been looking for, and behold, there it is!!

Lady on the phone was very rude. Not helpful at all Answer to your reply: I understood what she was telling me. I then asked her if I could get further information on how your business worked because I would be interested in working with your business in selling my products. She refused and said no that she’s not eBay. I told her I know but I’m interested in knowing more. Her comment, well I thought you wanted to sell on eBay. Which I did but once she explained to me a little on how your business operated I wanted to know more.

I must say the people atEdrop take extremely good care of you. I had some issues with something I ordered, pieces were missing and they jumped through hoops to make sure I got what I had ordered (the extra pieces that were missing.) Whenever I would text they would reply swiftly which is almost unheard of these days. I would definitely recommend them, good prices good quality . Thank you guys.

Terrible. I ordered an item on their bonanza site and they canceled it last minute. Terrible place to go do business. 1/5 stars don’t ever recommend a sham like this. They’re only about money at the end of the day Don’t shop here

My family dropped off tons of nascar stuff that was my dad's. Hes passed away. We never got any communication with them and when we reached out they never called back. Hundreds of dollars of stuff just gone. Beware of this company. It's been a couple years, so maybe new ownership? Hopefully?

it took 6 months, but I knew if I held out for the right buyer, it would sell... sure enough, it did. Got what I was asking for WITHOUT compromise. My item went all the way to Iceland! It made me proud to find a buyer who would care for it as much as I did. Thanks for all your help!

John has always been helpful and knowledgeable on the items I have taken to them. Over the last few years I have dropped off a couple of dozen items and the entire crew at E-Drop is always friendly, professional and brings in great prices.
