Well, it has been going on one year since Emprise went to their new Digital Webpage and it is still a mess even after all the complaints. I don't think they did a beta test prior to launching this because half of the things on the web page does not work. They think by putting graphs on there that everyone will be impressed but when you're trying to balance your checking account you don't use graphs. I even emailed the CEO and the Operations Vice President and then finally got a call from some tech guy that said that it should be fixed on the next update because the programming is done by a 3rd party but going on a year now, I know that was all a bunch of BS. I have electronic checking but when I go to get my tax documents on the website they are not there. If you try to do a special print using the CVS function by specific dates that is a real joke. Nothing lines up, duplicate information, numbers don't match so your only option is to print their statement which is 4 pages long and not easy to use when you're balancing your account because you're going from page to page looking for different categories. It was bad enough when they starting to close the monthly checking accounts out mid-month instead at the end of the month like regular banks do which made it twice as hard to balance your account but then come out with this Digital Website that is a real mess and I don't trust at all. There have not been any improvements to that site in a year even though customers have complained about this mess that they have, and I truly don't believe they really care. I have been more then patient with this bank and I am now in the process of moving my money out because they just blow it off and do nothing to improve the site. I have been a customer for years, and up until a couple years ago I was happy with them. Now all these changes, apparent lack of concern, and no sense of urgency for the customer has really turned me against them.

It's obvious why this branch has 2 stars. Pathetic. I have banked at Emprise for over a decade. 2 weeks in a row, the clerk, Angie, was rude, disrespectful, completely non explanatory when refusing to process a check. Then the manager who witnessed the behavior doubled down and backed it up. They lied to my face about the banks policies expecting me to nod and walk off like some little wimp.Interesting enough, they were surprised when I got angry. Like petulant children they decided to make it all about me being angry and zero about the abuse of the customer. Then they decide to close accounts with out notice. Still to this minute the bank regional supervisor has yet to communicate with me. And will only communicate with me via a phone clerk. Poor lady, I feel for her having to work under a coward of a supervisor who was intimidated to call himself.This review is only the beginning. For thier actions I fully intend to seek an attorney and file a lawsuit for the hardship this caused my buisness.Astonishing example of how big banks, big buisness, and big Government step on the little guy.

I have consistently had a good experience with this bank for years. The customer service is excellent. I've reached out for support both using the online messaging center as well as on the phone - it's easy and they respond quickly. Once you connect to a department (if calling on the phone), a real person answers. They connect you to someone fast - especially compared to big national banks. They offer a variety of checking and savings accounts for personal and business. In addition, they have online BillPay, online personal accounting tools, credit cards, auto loans and more. I would recommend this bank to anyone needing a checking account with no monthly fees.

Everyone who considers Banking at Emprise bank. don't dare get your identity, phone or email stolen while you are banking there. back in December someone ordered a new card from Emprise in my name. I until today banked with them and aside from the bank on 21st and hillside enjoyed their services. but the card ordered in my name was activated and used until February when the spent all of my monies down to my literal last dime. i filed the correct paperwork and sent in the information asked for. and yet THEY decided because my accounts are compromised (found out after the claims were sent in when Lifelock confirmed it) and someone in Tawanna and or brazil are using my phones number (Apple informed me of a new connection to my phone from there multiple times) they are closing my account because I am trying to commit bank fraud. Mouther f****** hell i am! please don't lose your money and reputation through these assholes please. i at least give a rats a** for the people who do business there.

Horrible customer service.I am constantly getting overdraft fees for transactions happening overnight.Once i gave an honest complaint they sent me a letter of closure.How is that customer freindly.Just go elsewhere and avoid the trouble

I recently applied for a job at Emprise for which I was well qualified. They sent me a request to check my credit. Little did I know that I was going to get an in-depth review of my credit as if I were applying for a loan rather than a job. They had they audacity to go through and highlight any negative information on my file and then mailed it to me! I felt violated by this. If you are thinking about applying for work at Emprise and you've had anything negative happen to your credit whether it is a death in the family that set you back financially, a divorce in your life that has set you back financially, if you or someone in your family has struggled with illness and medical bills have set you back financially do NOT apply for work at Emprise. If you've struggled with any of these things in your life and are trying to find a better job to repay debt and rebuild your credit and life then Emprise is NOT the organization that will help you get there. They will turn you down and focus more intensely on your credit report rather than your resume and skillset.
