Customary care representative was great, the vehicle was good, but was never cleaned before me. Super dirty and had previous persons jelly packets in rear cupholders. Thought they said they clean them between people?

Left me stranded at collision office. Then proceeded to say they can pick me up with a car that's an extra 16 dollars a day more than what my insurance covers. Completely unprofessional and lack of attention from the staff is horrible. Won't use enterprise again.

Made a reservation and received a confirmation email with the details or our reservation. I had arranged for my car to be worked on, I was parked at the shop to have the repairs begin when I called to confirm the rental car was being delivered. I was informed that the rental car would not be delivered and they had no information regarding my reservation, even though the information was on the email they sent me confirming the rental. The person I spoke with said there would be nothing available until next week. Singularly, this is the worst interaction with a rental car agency I have had.

Car rental was good and with no hassle. The problem was when I forgot my laptop in there, no one knew what happened to it and then denied they ever found it after a week that I turned in the car.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT rent with these morons. I have been calling them for over an hour combined and no one has picked up the line for any options presented on the phone. They were supposed to pick me up at 1 p.m. today. After nearly half an hour of going through every single option they had and being disconnected after a few rings for every one of them, I finally got someone on the line. Same guy I spoke with earlier in the day, and told him the situation. It was 1:25 p.m. at this point, and he said they got sidetracked or whatever and that he would have someone out here in 15 minutes. SURPRISE, SURPRISE!! They never showed! It's been 40 minutes, after the fact, of me trying to call these losers to tell them to cancel my reservation and NOTHING! So, in case you needed to know Enterprise, CANCEL MY DANGED RESERVATION!

Blake and Tyler at the Washington location were both extremely helpful and friendly! It was my first time renting a car and the guys over there definitely made it an easy process. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for good customer service and a nice rental.
Thankfully my rental cost was reimbursed due to an accident, but if I needed to pay out of pocket for a rental in the future, I’m not sure if I would choose Enterprise again due to the cost (but I’m also unfamiliar with the average rate for car rentals and deposits).

Best enterprise I have rented from. When my car was in the shop not once but twice the derby enterprise location took and confirmed with my ins they had a rental. turns out both times they did not but this location came to my rescue. I dont care if its 3 towns away i will always use this location every time.

Overall, I got a good vehicle and good experience. Kyler and the other guy do very good jobs. They will guide you and answer all questions.

This is not a reliable business! We made a reservation, they sent us confirmation number. We are suppose to pick up the car, and end up nothing to pick. They told us they canceled it, without us knowing or not even a courtesy call that they did that. Ridiculous, wasting our time and we got stuck in Kansas looking for another car. Not recommended to anyone based on our experience.
