My Nissan ended up totaled due to the other party. Their insurance company set me up with a rental at this location. When I went to go pick up the car, there were 3 people in line in front of me. No worries - I didn’t mind the wait. Every single one of these people they had mixed up the cars or given them the wrong keys or given them the wrong vehicle. First red flag but I didn’t want to Uber again so I stuck around. The guy who wrote me up was awesome. He tried to sell me insurance repeatedly and I didn’t want it because all I do is drive to work and back and I’m a careful driver. I told him no probably 3 times before he took it for an answer. Aside from that he was super friendly and cordial. No complaints.Because of the weather, the rental was very dirty. It was extremely cold out and they told me “when it gets this cold we don’t wash them because the doors freeze shut.” Fair enough. It was covered in salt spray from the roads, I figured I’d wash it before I return it for the next customer since enterprise wouldn’t.I have the car 3 days, and I have to go to work and it won’t start. Battery completely dead. I call enterprise roadside and get told it’s $55 out of my pocket to have their AAA come out and jump start it. I agreed. I was quoted 26 minutes. Called back after around 40 and was told they’d be there in 50 more minutes. Called back an hour later and they had no ETA. so I cancelled the request and got an Uber to work. I was two and a half hours late. The car is still dead in my driveway two days later as I don’t have a way to jump start it and return it, so insurance is paying for a car to just sit there unused. I washed it and it turns out it is covered in deep scratches down the drivers side that were there when I got it, just covered up. No big deal right now but if they try to charge me for damage, it’ll be off to small claims.Don’t worry about replying, enterprise - unless you’re coming to pick up your dead Corolla, I don’t want anything to do with you. I definitely won’t be back.

Enterprise is great! The prices are fair. The vehicles are good. From low rates to high rates for the upper class vehicles.

My frustration is 2 fold. 1st with the company who over promises and under delivers. If they give you a reservation confirmation I shouldn’t arrive to the facility to be told they don’t have anything. The 2nd frustration is the nonchalant presence that I got when I walked in to say I was there for a car. I was told yeah sorry we don’t have anything for you, but you can call other stores. Mind you all the other stores were closed or closing in 15 minutes. No support and no care given. Didn’t matter to him I was trying to get home. Couldn’t care less.Definitely not a way to treat customers.

Small lot, but plenty of cars. I thought the location was perfect. Customer service rep was able to get me in and out quickly.

The Derby location cancelled at last minute and I had a very important trip! The reservation was made almost a month in advance. We then had to shuffle and Cade at the Washington location was amazing! He was understanding and got us in a car very quickly.

Had a reservation cause my car is in the shop and I have a funeral to go to. I was called at 8:15 at night and told they don't have a car in the whole city to rent!!! WHAT??? And then the guy told me I need to calm down and be professional! WOW! Is it professional how you guys put me in a bind last minute?

Manager was completely unprofessional and instead of answering a simple question regarding inventory tried to tell me that enterprise didn't want to work with me because I didn't want to hear him basically belittle me and trash talk. Absolutely terrible experience. No help at all!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The guy who claims to be the manager is on a huge power trip and does not want to help at all if you ask a question. I thought I was talking to a bad 15 year old at first! Their are other rental company's out there and would for sure stay away from this one, at least this location.

First reservation they gave away our car because we were late for pickup.. that sucks but our fault. Made new reservation for 4 days away and found out Webb rd had one sooner. Called again and they said they would transfer reservation to them.. called today on Webb and reservation was not transferred. Webb thankfully got it taken care of but this location has awful service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I went in earlier today to pick up a rental that was coordinated through our insurance company. The clerk at the desk claimed they contacted us and left a voicemail that the car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. This was a bold-faced lie. We checked and we never received a phone call or voicemail. Zero empathy from the staff and not an ounce of helpfulness.I highly recommend you use another rental company and save yourself the absolute pointlessness of dealing with this location.

Needed a rental due to an accident which insurance was covering. Tamara Bookhout assisted us with the process. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She was happy to answer all of our questions and made it an easy stress free experience.

Second time "reserving" a car for the same trip but had to postpone 3 weeks because my previous "reservation" did not reserve me a car. I selected a sedan and agreed to pay for a sedan. Instead I was provided a compact SUV with very little tired tread and only a half tank of gas requiring me to fill up before embarking on my journey. Prior to car pick up I had to navigate a phone call about whether or not I was going to be picking up the car I reserved. I requested the tax be exempt because I was renting through a non-profit. They still charged me the tax when I picked up the sedan-priced compact SUV. This resulted in several changes to be made before receiving another bill still charging me for a sedan despite having to drive a compact SUV. Other than that the uncomfortable car got me to my destination and back with extra gas leftover that I guess ends up being a donation to Enterprise rent-a-car.
