She was nice at first but when I had issues with the downtown location she then told me they were booked for weeks and couldn't help me! She might of been doing what she was told but lying to customer is not ok ever..... Last time we ever use Enterprise for anything and you should do they same.

Had a car accident, needed rental car for over a month. Enterprise only paid for the labor hours presented by Repair shop. What am I suppose to turn the rental car back in every weekend and Holiday???? Repair shop had requested additional hours, but Enterprise had already processed payment, would not allow additional hours. We had to pay, then submit to Insurance. My insurance company only uses Enterprise, I dread the next time I have to use Enterprise.

Such a nasty lady Kaitlyn Halas at this branch. She waited a MONTH to email me that they don’t offer the reservation I made online a month before. Not even have the decency to call or offer alternatives. Such awful customer service. I cancelled all my reservations and will no longer use this company.

They are so rude with the customers, they will have your reservation with out a car(Happened couple of times with this location)and they even change your reservation location illogically … I was in the phone call with her one of the site team, she just hang up the call with out listening to any questions or concerns … I suggest enterprise to train staff on how to deal with customers or just change them and get the old staff … I use west Kellogg and Downtown locations, I never had an issues they are good … they are so good and helpful,I even remember few names like Blake from west Kellogg’s he’s so good

I had this particular Enterprise due to a minor car accident as my insurance company set it up for me. Be very careful with this branch and read every line of your contract. They do not disclose up charges and will nickel and dime you to death. Maybe they thought because insurance was paying the claim they charged more. But my insurance company wasn’t allowing it and all those charges were then fell into me. Made an already horrible situation (car accident) even worse. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Both my husband and myself did the walk around with the rep and several areas of body damage noted. Signed the contract and off we went. When we returned the vehicle, there was a supposed new area of damage found and I pulled up the original contract to show several areas of damage noted at the time of pick-up. To my surprise, “no damage found” was noted and the rep claiming new damage on return of the vehicle said “well, he’s a trainee.” So why was he appointed to do this thorough walk-around inspection at the time of our rental in the first place, if his work is not valid when we returned the vehicle?? Now a claim is being filed on our insurance. I cannot prove the damage did not occur on our watch, but I am not at all pleased because this would have been noted at the time of initial walk-around. I have faith Enterprise will ultimately do the right thing here. We rent from Enterprise for all our car rental needs and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Absolutely terrible service! Went to pickup my car to find it was no longer available. The manager (Sydney Beemer) claims she didn't have my phone number to reach me ahead of time. She made no effort to reach out to another enterprise or help resolve the issue. Don't know how she became a manager but she's bad for business.
