Georga at the Wichita,Ks/Eisenhower Airport was fantastic! She made a very frustrating Sunday less traumatic by going the extra mile to find an alternative solution versus just saying No, this is the blanket policy. I appreciate your patient and empathy for the situation, you definitely earned a returning customer!

When I arrived at the front enterprise counter. I gave the woman at the counter my name for the reservation I made on my app just moments earlier. After an exchange of questions and on both sides I found her to be lacking in customer service skills. She was rude and not very accommodating. I found her responses and how she communicated with me as a customer terrible. I asked her for her name. She stated Samantha I believe. Once I left and got to the secondary office I was much happier with the staff in the office in the garage. They were exceptional.

Enterprise in Wichita was excellent. When I arrived Josh was great. He was the only one working the counter (it was pretty late) and he was efficient, friendly and treated his customers with great respect. My car, a Nissan Altima, was a new 2024 with just over three thousand miles. It fit my need perfectly...what a nice car. All in all, checking out was a pleasure. I had the car for a week.Bringing the car back just as much a pleasure. I normally need a wheelchair to get to my gate but due to the design of the Wichita facility for rental cars it wasn't possible. I know i couldn't have walked the entire way and that's when Enterprise employees Gabe and Gary stepped up again. While they are car cleaners and check in folks, they volunteered to drive me to my gate where i could easily get a wheelchair. Once again, ABOVE & BEYOND! My thanks to everyone at Enterprise but particularly Josh, Gary & Gabe. Ill hopefully be back to Wichita soon and Enterprise will be one of my first stops.

We got stranded in Wichita due to an automobile accident, and Georgia was very patient and helpful, while I rambled on about not being able to get home. She made sure we had a vehicle big enough to get the family home, and made the process very smooth.

The employeesand at the front desk were great. The Car however, it was filthy. The interior needed a vacuum, the exterior needed a complete wash. I once returned a car after a rain and this particular location charged me a 50.00 cleaning fee. I'm happy with the service personnel, the vehicle, not so much.

Reserving a car here was a big waste of time. I reserved a car two weeks in advance for 8:30am on a Saturday. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes but when I got to the front I was told the wait was up to an hour. I just didn’t see the point of making a reservation at 8:30. There was 4 people ahead of us so we canceled. Would’ve been after 10 before we got a car.

Unprofessional, badly trained, lying employee with a grudge placed me on “Do Not Rent List”. Below is the whole story.Arrived to pick a car on July 12th. At the time of the reservations only few cars were available, and I picked cheapest biggest car which happened to be ½ ton pickup truck. As a regular business renter, I used our company’s account to make the reservation. At the counter I was informed that since I rented ½ ton pickup truck, I get 300 free miles and after I’ll have to pay 20 cents per mile, according to Enterprise employee – “That’s how your company’s account is setup”. Since I knew that I’ll be driving more than 400 miles, I asked her could she switch me to a different car, but her reply was “no, that’s the only car available”. I asked her “May she suggest what else can do?” and she suggested “Go to the other rental companies and check, maybe they have cars available” – Is that the right training to deal with the customer and send them to the different rental company? Being a loyal Enterprise customer for 15+ years and renting cars every week, that was the first time. Since I had a 3.5-hour drive, I decided to go with the car she offered. Before signing paperwork, she informs mee that only me and my spouse can drive the car, but this is the business rental and I try to correct her – it should be “All Employees Allowed”. That’s how the account is set up. She still tries to say to push “me and the spouse” until a different employee corrects her. So, if you are pushing charge for the miles, at least honor other parts of the corporate account setup. I go to the car, check the vehicle, clean the truck bed of bolts, nuts and washers that someone left (don’t need extra sound while driving) and start my journey. Less than 15 miles from the airport got a Tire Pressure Warning and had to make U-turn back to change the car. Different employee put me into different truck, another 45 minutes waisted of my rest time. I completed my trip with no issues after, until a week later I log in into my Enterprise Plus account to make new reservation, and I’m greeted with this message to call Wichita number:“It is important that you call us at 1-316-689-00XX. We have uncovered a problem associated with your account details, which if not resolved, may result in a delay in completing your rental transaction or prevent us from fulfilling your reservation at the time of rental.”This is some corporate Enterprise number with a lot of extensions and impossible to reach anyone, I tried a few. So, I called 866 customer support number for Enterprise Plus members. The representative tells me that there is a restriction on my account and that it should be lifted in 24 hours. I asked what’s the reason for the restriction and he said that he doesn’t see any notes. Next week I’m at a different airport and learned that I’m placed on “Do Not Rent List”. The guy at the counter doesn’t see any notes why and suggest me to call general customers support 855 number. The representative doesn’t see any notes as well and submits another request to remove me from “Do Not Rent List” and says that someone from the upper management has to call me.A week later no calls, so I call 855 number again and learn that the reason for being on “Do Not Rent List” is “being aggressive with the employees” – that is a complete LIE!!! I might be upset, but I’ll never be aggressive. Also being an immigrant and having an accent feels like a profiling.Wichita Rental Agreement # 855432458 Invoice # 90151164502

Enterprise always takes great care of their customers! I typically get an upgrade if there’s one available. Their pricing is by far better than other car rentals.
