Came go pick my rental at 5:30. While they saw me walk towards them, the two girls that work there turned off the lights, lock the door and decided to not acknowledge me. Horrible customer service.

They are very professional. They checked on me throughout my rental process to make sure I had everything I needed. I will continue to use Enterprise and this location for future rentals.

Hertz completely let me down; so, I gave enterprise a try. The guy at the front desk (of whom I should’ve gotten the name for) when above and beyond trying to help me out in a tough situation. Even though this location didn’t have a suitable vehicle available, he called literally every other enterprise location except the airport location and found a suitable vehicle at the derby location. This is a five star review just for the quality of service that I received. The aforementioned individual deserves all the praise in the world for going above and beyond for me.

Nataszja was super helpful. She is the only reason why I am giving a 5 star. I had issues with my vehicle and had to visit 2 different Enterprise locations. One of them - the employee was nice, but the airport one wasn’t. I was told immediately by employee at airport I couldn’t switch cars. The one I had had no power and was eating up gas. It was a struggle dealing with the manager at first. He wouldn’t even look at the email that Natazja had sent me explaining the whole situation. I was tired of repeating myself, and he refused to read it. I will always remember his name because he said he won’t read the email and he wanted some to tell him what’s going on. I had already told the employee. He refused to read email then said hi, I’m nick. What’s your name? My friend took over for me explaining because I had had enough. After that, he helped and upgraded the car last minute. So I got an SUV instead of full size vehicle. It shouldn’t even have been given to me because there was an issue with the emergency break. When I returned I informed Nataszja about my experience. She was very empathetic and helped me. She stepped up and went above and beyond for me. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and she cares about giving outstanding service. Because of her actions I will give 5 star and I will rent from this location again. Had she not helped and given great service I would have given 1 star. Thank you Nataszja for helping me. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work because it’s well deserved.

Rented a mini van in the beginning of July and it was dirty inside and out. I had to vacuum and wash it myself right after I picked it up. Then they charged $68 on my card in August and September for tolls apparently. The customer service is horrible.

I was rear-ended on Kellogg and needed a rental while my car is in the shop. In and out with a nice car. 2022 Chrysler Pacifica.

I had the misfortune of being referred to this store through nationwide insurance (whom by the way also gets 1 star) . I was involved in a wreck that was not my fault and needed a rental. Enterprise have no cars available for at least the next 2 days. I had to call every branch in town ( why am I the one doing this, isn't this their job??) trying to find an available SEDAN because there is a $15 dollar upcharge for a minivan, which I do not want anyway! What kind of an incompetent car rental company is this? I travel for work frequently and believe that I will never spend another dime at Enterprise after this fiasco!

Requires being paid by a credit card (no debit) registered under the name of the driver. Wound out being snubbed by the clerk when at the store to pick up the car because we weren't told of this rule while reserving the car

I went to Las Vegas last year and rented a car there, so I was in their system. When I was in Wichita, Kansas on February 6, 2023 I told them I didn't have a credit card, only a debit card. They gave me an address to rent a car but when I got to Enterprise Rent-a-car the clerk said I could not rent a car from out of state with a debit card, even though I was able to use my debit card in Nevada to get a rental car from Enterprise.

Natasha is seriously the best worker at this location. She is always so kind and welcoming when I get there. When I drop off she remembers who I am and always asks how my experience was. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience. I appreciate how diligent she is and she takes her job seriously. She makes the experience very easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location because of her.

Was rear-ended so other person's insurance provided rental through enterprise. It had coffee spilled in back as well as a YETI full of coffee in the cupholder in back when we got the vehicle. Time during which we drove car was fine, but when i returned it they said we would owe a cleaning fee for pet hair. I did not have a pet in the car, however, we do own a dog. I'm sure some hair was tracked in our feet because that happens in our own vehicles. I was not told to clean the car out before returning it and I was also not told I couldn't own a dog. I will NEVER do business with Enterprise again.

I told the receptionist at Gerber that I had to go to work and I will pick up the rental this afternoon. I listened to her call Enterprise and explain this to them. To my surprise at 5:00pm they informed me that my RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED AND THEY HAD NO CARS. The manager said that they run like a doctors office and since I wasn’t there at 9am that I lost my reservation. They also had the wrong insurance company paying for the reservation. They have cause me to miss work and now I am calling friends to take me to the store and other places for my needs. Reconsider if you want to choose enterprise. The manager basically told me that there was nothing she could do. I get that but you should have contacted me, the insurance or the shop. Thank you for all this inconvenience. They also have a shortage of cars. It’s simple, take less reservations. Make less promises. Instead they try to be greedy and treats it as a first come first serve service. This is not ideal for working people. Get your life together enterprise.
