Dee was the agent I spoke with at the automated kiosk inside the Prime Storage office. The experience was very good and I had no problems with my interaction with her. Dee was very friendly, professional and prompt with information I needed. I felt very welcome and found the virtual service easily accessible and accommodating. I was greeted immediately by Dee as soon as I touched the screen. The whole process of downsizing to a smaller unit took 10 minutes to complete. Dee was great! This facility is always clean and well managed and the location is great for me.

UPDATED REVIEW:
Im updating my review to include more good customer service, this time from Philip, who unjammed the door to my unit. He quickly went straight to work and got that door open in a jiffy. Even though there are problems with various doors being broken down by wear and tear or possibly reckless customers, the workers continually are quick to sort out and fix the problems. And they do all this without blaming or complaining. Thanks Prime Storage workers!
Friendly service, very clean facility and its only 24$ a month for climate-controlled!!!!

The Wichita KS facility chooses to wait on auto insurance payments prior to replacing the roll up doors, both entry and exit, at different occasions, leaving the patrons paying the same amount for the access into the sallyport, loading and unloading items from storage on carts, through pedestrian doors only, in cold weather. Not to mention the constant increase in their rates, despite about 4 months or more of having to park outside to complete movements. The staff doesn’t return calls either, despite numerous calls to the facility. The excuses ranged from material shortages to waiting on insurance to pay for the repairs, I will go with the insurance delays. Too high of prices for the service. Brain, the manager, doesn’t return calls and pretends he’s making rounds all day. The elevator didn’t work, but no bother, everyone can use one elevator until the company decides to fix it. Bug spray all over the one working elevator.

Could have been a lot better. Had an oil spill from another unit beside ours, run into ours, ruining two pieces of our furniture. The only communication was when I would reach out otherwise they could care less about it happening. Lastly, the place always had at least one garage door out of order, if not both, making it a hassle to get in and out, especially when busy with big vehicles. It was so bad other tenants were complaining that they’ve tried to talk to Prime about it, but could never get anything accomplished or hear back.
Never again.

The storage facility in Wildcat Lane is a wreck. Back door has been broken for months! Now front door has been broken. Facility advertises ease of storage: drive in, store in temp controlled environment, drive out. But now you either have to load in through a person-sized door or they have to leave a gate open, making the facility less secure. I have 5 units for my customers and access is terribly inconvenient. Yet I cannot get a call back from a district/regional manager! Guaranteed they will raise the rent after 1-2 months when all your stuff is in storage and it is a pain to move it. Would not recommend this storage facility. They only care about their income and do not care about inconvenience to their customers!

With Prime Storage for 4 yrs. Facility was always clean and when I needed help with something I was always able to reach someone in person or on the phone. I was no longer in need of an off site storage but if I ever am again I will definitely choose Prime Storage.
