The facilities are clean and well lit but the prices just kept increasing and increasing for the smallest of storage spaces that it just didn’t make sense to continue storing anything there… especially when I learned that getting a garage space at my apartment complex was over $50 cheaper… AND it would be more space to store stuff?? Yeah I had to go ahead and release them.

The facility is great. The people who work there are even better (if possible). Price is reasonable. Only downside is that the website could really use some work. I'm assuming I won't need it much being set up for autopay, but still...

My view has changed to BEWARE! I was there 3 months at my move in price before my rate increased $80 per month. Bait and switch for sure. Don’t be fooled by a low move in rate. It will very quickly (once you’ve moved in all your stuff and are stuck) be randomly reviewed and raised to compare to market demands… So disappointing to be dealing with a business that conducts itself that way.

I appreciate the Security, cleanliness and great lighting but it was harder to get in to finalize paperwork than selling a house. if You’re storing stuff for somebody that’s recently passed you better make sure you have Storage renters insurance and a death certificate. Otherwise the price is right and everyone that I interacted with on the phone were professional

Facility itself is great. The issue I have is their rates have doubled in less than a year from $80 a month to now I’m paying $160 a month for a 5 x 10 unit. Was also notified that it would be another rate increase in the next three months unacceptable in my opinion
