Used the facility for a few years. Extra Storage was bought out by Prime Storage. Prices have increased 3-4 times since we moved in - I understand "market rates", and added additional, required "insurance". Most recently, in October, they raised rates AND removed access to things like the dumpster and reduced access hours.
I've stopped counting the number of times the bay doors weren't working, the keypad wasn't working, and the bay smelled AWFUL, like something died and/or sewage. Sometimes the inside of my car would continue to smell like the inside of the bay for +10 minutes after I left. Thankfully, that smell dissipated and never permeated my stored items. I joked that the facility was so secure, even I couldn't get my items.
Overall, I never had a bad experience with staff, but I only ever had to talk to them when I gave notice to move out. Wouldn't say I'd go back if I needed a storage facility again.

Jacki has the best personality 10/10 10 all across the board. The best facility and reasonably priced. What I like about this facility is it is worry-free when life is in complete chaos.

The facility was nice and clean and the storage unit was very spacious. I was able to fit an entire apartment in to it. Staff was friendly and very quick to respond to any and all questions. Will be using this facility again if I am needing storage in the future.

I wasn't going to say anything but it's hot in here, everyday. The vent that's on my hall is never on. My candles are sweating and melting. My scents are spoiling in this heat. Today(8/22) in particular it was rainy, cool and 68 degrees. As soon as I stepped off the elevator to the second floor it was immediately hot and humid. I got an indoor unit to keep my items cool. I'm not particularly ok with the rent raises either but as a business owner I get it. However, if you're going to raise our rent at least keep the place at a decent temp please.

The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and curious. The facilities were also incredibly clean, conveniently located, and affordable. As time progressed, the building began to smell of sulfur or possibly a leaked sewer drain. The last visit we made to our unit, Sept 7th, the smell was so bad that our eyes began to water, noses ran, and our throats burned. We had to leave. Unfortunately, when we got home, all of our belongings from storage smelled like sulfur/ leaked sewage.
