Thank you so much. Zack and his team supported me fantastically, and Prime Storage fit my needs perfectly—the option to drive up to my storage in my car. A significant benefit was the heated environment.

Just so some of you all know, Prime Storage is switching to a kiosk model where you walk in and talk to someone at a kiosk about moving and all that. That isn't how I want to operate, so I definitely wouldn’t use Prime Storage again. I chose them because they were relatively close to where I live, but next time I’d probably just drive to a public storage or another facility that operates with more business sense.

The place is really nice, but my rent has increased 3 times in the 6 months I've rented there, and it's currently billing me for more than the normal web rate for the same unit (not just the promo rate).

Customer Service = 1 star
- the guy at the desk, I thought said stand in front of the Asian turns out he said agent and they had 0 sense of humor about it. Guy just mumbled and was too focused on other things.
- after I paid for everything they didn't show me around so I spent a good amount of time wondering around trying to find the storage unit.
Building = 5 star
- huge building, you park your car inside, they have elevators, and carts to use.

In 10 months time my storage fees TRIPLED. By month 10 I was paying $88 a month for their smallest unit. Over the entire summer (2024)their large gate didn't work either so we had to unload and load through the side door. No credit or anything.

Had a wonderful experience here. The establishment is clean, the climate control is great. The service was impeccable, even refunding me a portion of my payment due to the date of charge and my move out date being the same day.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Prime Storage. I rented my unit in November of 2024 and two months later I had a price increase. In May, my unit was burglarized by another tenant gaining access by undoing rivets from their unit and pulling back wall and entering mine. I lost several thousand dollars' worth of items but the insurance company for Prime Storage is only covering $300. In August of 2025 my unit rent was raised $100 more a month. I have left Prime Storage as of September 2025.

My experience here was largely positive: good move-in specials, clean units and facilities, friendly staff, safe location, easy check in and check out. I never had any major issues, and the minor ones were handled promptly and with a smile.
Sometimes the office is not staffed despite it being regular business hours (they have added a kiosk so you can talk to a virtual agent.) And the fee often jumps up dramatically after only a few months. But neither of these inconveniences was enough to meaningfully lower the rating.
I do strongly suggest making a plan to empty your unit sooner than later, as it will end up saving you a considerable amount of money.

Left my things there for about 2 years. No one ever harassed me or bothered me. Then when it was time to take everything out, it was an easy process. Really nice having an indoor storage as well. Nice to know my things wouldn’t get ate by bugs cause this facility is so clean.

Samantha was very welcoming and explained storage options very thoughtfully! She showed us around and made us feel comfortable with our decision to store our belongings at their Prime Storage facility! We were very impressed by the cleanliness and accessibility!!
