Love how they claim that we picked up an order on a Saturday from this location, but it wasn’t me or my son that picked it up because A) I don’t leave home on the weekend and B) I don’t have any print outs of images from my email and what not for check deposits let alone a receipt for that day. I’m not paying for the papers twice that I never received and I won’t be using their services anymore because of this! I will find another way to print out financial documents.

Based on my experience here, the service provided was quick and easy. Customer service was fine with no issues being presented. Would recommend and would return.

Photo was too high-res and they wanted to charge $13 to shrink it in photoshop to print to the size I wanted

Stood at the print machine for about 10 minutes waiting on a retrieval code. No one asked to see if I needed any assistance. Code wasn’t sent to my phone until after I left.

fedex as a company is great, but the store manager at this store is rude with no sense of urgency. what should’ve taken me 30 seconds took me so long for no reason. she just fumbled with papers and didn’t everything as slow as she possibly could. not very mindful of people’s time. very disappointed
