Whoever is working right now, on Wed Dec 6th at 9.44am, needs more training in how to ship or needs to be let go. She said that the company no longer does packaging, didn't know how to charge anything to a company code, and we ended up leaving to go to an entirely separate FedEx store THAT SHE SAID WE HAD TO GO TO all because she can't do her job.Beyond frustrated.EDITED TO ADD: The other location that actually helped (a staff member with "in training" on her name badge) knew *exactly* where we came from and the specific woman who sent us away / was too incompetent to help, so apparently this is an ongoing problem.

Tried to call their customer support line, incredibly unprofessional. If at all possible I try not to order if fedex will be the deli ever service due to their continued lack of customer care and incompetence on the job. My fiancée bought me a gift weeks ago and the pay was well past the delivery window. He didn’t want it to need a signature but they put on that it must be signed for so he had to wait around all day for the package to be delivered causing us to miss our dinner reservations, on our anniversary. They customer support team offered no help and wouldn’t even let us leave a review on their lack of professionalism and lack of communication with their customers.

Great customer service! Very patient, friendly, and helpful when assisting in getting packages sent. She was also very quick and got the 3 people in front of me through the line in less than 3 min.

If you claim an expected delivery between 12PM-4PM, which is already a 4 Hour window, you should not be attempting a delivery at 11:15AM!Not being able to redirect the package to a pickup zone with ID verification is a complete process failure.

Nothing more inconsiderate than subjecting your patrons to and endless Q&A with an automatic answering system. I don't know what level of phone Jedi you have to be to get past this system but I'm not playing your stupid games! Answer your damn phone!!!!!!!

Everytime we have something shipped through Fed ex, it ends up delayed or lost at the Hoover store. The customer service is rude and could not offer a solution on getting a refund or my package.

Fedex hires employees that do not care. Whoever the lady that works nights shifts is you are completely worthless. Sent me to another location so she didn’t have to deal with me and continue playing on her phone or whatever else she was doing when I got there
