Would love to give no stars that have to give at least one unfortunately. Was billed for an additional hundred gallons I did not receive according to my tank monitor and having the driver tell me he " fat fingered " The ticket since it was so cold outside and hit the 6 instead of the 5. Called for 6 weeks multiple times a week to try to get a manager to call and even the employees said a manager will never call back to address the problem. Put me on credit hold even though I was making every attempt possible to correct their error. Worst service ever! Switching to propane central!!!

We’ve spent so much money at Ferrell, regularly buying propane for our RV. During the Winter season we’ve filled 3x as often, refilling every 10 days as opposed to just once a month before Winter began. Broadway, the street where this business is located, is quite torn up and bumpy. Then at Ferrell, it’s more of the same, being roughly greeted by large sink hole size pot holes littering the entire entrance and the exit too, as you’re trying to leave. It’s become too much of a liability to even go there anymore. One of the young men who has been processing our orders recently doesn’t ever say hello, he barely looks up and just asks, cash or card, then processes the payment. The 2 star rating is for the young lady working in the office who is always nice. I considered reaching out to management or the owner to request they repair the pot holes but I noticed on reviews of more than a year ago, requests have been made and they were ignored or not fully resolved since they still unfortunately remain. On our last visit there I thought they should have a rewards program in place whereas a customer could receive points or credits redeemable toward future purchases. I got my wish! Just not at Ferrells. We’re now buying our propane from Camping World! And saving money! Went there today and it was an overall great experience. And smooth roads, too! Pristine asphalt that won’t damage our rig, either. Plus, we now get rewards on all the propane we buy from them! So thankful we’ve found a happy alternative that’s better for our girl, as our shocks and springs are harmoniously rejoicing!

They didn't know to treat they're trucks diesel fuel so didn't deliver propane for 2 days in the middle of a cold snap and I'm probably going to run out.Ordered with 30 percent left in my tank.Fail

Sign a new contract.Company lost our paperwork. Then change the agreement of the contract without our knowledge. When we finally got them to come out and drop the new take. They only put in twenty five gallons, and so they bring the rest back on monday. They never showed up try try calling the park city location and no one would pick up the phone. I had to then call the emergency number. That's where I found out the change or contract without permission. And they brought out gas. they also installed a electronic fuel monitoring system that we have been using it showed that we were down to 20% so we place a order for fuel. Well that was way off we are now completely out and it still shows that we have 16%. Call the emergency phone number agand I just straight up. Tell us that there's nothing they can do until Tuesday. After the holidays refuse to send a truck out to fill our tank. We have no heat, no hot water. This is the second major incident with this company. And we haven't even got our tank filled for the second time. And they are trying to tell me that they never put in fuel monitoring system well i have screen shots proving otherwise. They won't even refund my money. So I can call another company to come out and put fuel or a new tank system. I will be canceling my contract and going with a different company. Do not deal with this place they are horrible we will be without heat for over a week by the time they get to us

Order propane over a week ago before the winter storm hit before Thanksgiving weekend and they asked what percentage our tank was at and it was 5% . Now we are COMPLETELY OUT with children in the house and one of them being sick! Super frustrating !In order to get propane they want to charge you 200$/rate same day to deliver and next day 150$/rate. I will say the only reason I return to ferrell is because of a truck driver we have. He knows my dogs name and i can trust him and he is always courtesy to shut our gate but other than that I think ferrell needs to extend hours or Hire more truck drivers to deliver the propane needs of their customers.

Well, we put an order in TWO WEEKS ago, as we knew we were low on propane. They happily, and quickly took our money (which was ALOT because we were ready to fill it all up) at the time we ordered. Last night we ran out off propane... so there goes the heat and it's 15 degrees outside. When my husband called they were SO RUDE and basically said, "we can't make any guarantees when someone can make it out to you and you can try a competitor". We demanded a refund, but who knows when that will happen. Now we have to try to find someone else AND the funds while we wait for a refund.UNACCEPTABLE!

I won’t recommend anyone to Ferrellgas. They are quick to take your money, but far from quick to get your propane delivered. They tell you you’ll have it by a certain day, you don’t. You absolutely can’t talk to someone after business hours. And of course, they’re closed all weekend. As far as i’m concerned, they can come get their empty tank and I will have someone more reliable serve our propane needs. Done with their horrible customer service.

Every time they fill up my tank I am shorted about 50-60 gallons. I've brought it to their attention numerous times, but I never hear back from them. I guess it is the cost of doing business. I'm in awe at the level customer service. Absolute theft.

Not suitable for an RV. Small fenced area with no pull through for large vehicles due to GIANT potholes by the gas tank and in the entrance. They were deep enough that I think the RV would have gotten stuck and wide enough that they were difficult to avoid. We pulled up just short of one hole and they were able to fill our front tank. Then we backed out through the fence, avoiding that hole as well as the one in the entrance. We will go back to Augusta Rental in Andover. Easier to maneuver in their large lot so worth the drive!

I wish I could give you 0 stars. Whats happened to us today is absolutely not okay. Im furious. We ordered our propane and paid $440 yesterday morning. We were told someone would be out that day. Came home after workimg all day expecting to give ourselves and children a shower...NO PROPANE and no call either. So we called first thing this morning. We are told that we are on the route for today for sure. We ask you to call us if any problems. We get home and again NO PROPANE..NO CALL. So I call your emergency line only to be told that we must pay a $200 expedited fee or otherwise wait until AT LEAST AUGUST 10TH??? (Today is the 4th) And thats the first time weve heard of any such thing. Thank you Ferrell Gas for causing us this stress and leaving us unable to bath. I will be calling you first thing tommorrow morning and I hope to hear that you will be out right away otherwise get our refund ready and come get your tank. Disgusting business practice and absolutely not okay to do to people at all.

We have been out of propane now for 2 weeks (even during the extreme cold and my mom had a major surgery, she has had cancer) and they finally called us back today after calling and calling this morning. They said they aren’t delivering today and won’t be anytime soon. THEY ALREADY TOOK OUR MONEY!! This is the most unprofessional company. The receptionists are always very rude and they never have a manager to speak to.

Impossible to talk to someone local. Constant games from the 800 number. Local office was always great, now I can't get ahold of them and the doors are locked due to the pandemic.
