Poor Customer Service. I was extremely disappointed in this bank today. I went in with my brother and aunt today to have something notarized for her. She needed my brother and I to sign an insurance release so she could get a policy check to get a new air conditioner. Even though both my brother and her are long time account holders they refused to notarize my signature because I don't have an account. Very Poor Customer Service, the paperwork wasn't for me, it was for my aunt who is one of the banks customers. Poor Customer Service

If I could give you zero stars I would . Went to cash a tax refund check at TL branch and was told of new rule couldn’t cash my check. I’ have a savings account with plenty of money to cover it .we left and went back and asked for manager and told she was at lunch . Went to our other bank and had no problem.don’t understand why this happened , we cashed it last year with no problem . We had to go out of our way and that should not of happened . Destiny didn’t seem to want to help an elderly couple . Shame on her .

Our Twin Lakes Fidelity branch is great; never long to wait on Lobby service and convenient for payment drops. When I recently had an issue with some overdraft fees charged to our account, I accessed Fidelity chat through my mobile app, twice, and got all my questions and issues resolved in two brief sessions. Great service from Kyli and Christi working together via chat to address the issue. As a hearing impaired client this is a valuable and easy to use service for me and appreciate having that access. This is why we have banked with Fidelity for nearly 30 years!

My wife and I were subjected to a scam that caused immediate concern to secure our accounts, cards etc. We would like to acknowledge a few bank individuals that went above and beyond to assist us in stopping fraudulent access to our bank funds. Mr. Miguel Cruz-Maldonado, Markus, and Alex at the Twin Lakes branch for all their expertise and professionalism to resolve our banking dilemma.

If I could give zero stars I would. This branch is the most ridiculous fidelity location I have ever visited. Nick, Jorge, and another woman were AWFUL and completely unwilling to provide ANY HELP. Not only is their parking lot not ADA compliant AT ALL! It is NOT SAFE at all for anyone with mobility issues to enter. Their handicap spots are at the end of their parking lot THE FURTHEST FROM THE DOORS and their sidewalk is on a tilt. I and my mother brought my 99 yr old grandmother to conduct business and sign needed papers for a fidelity account she’s had for DECADES. She has severe mobility issues and had a recent fall - she just wanted to sort these VERY IMPORTANT papers out. Upon asking if bank personnel could come out 20 ft to our car to conduct business they proceeded to LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH and say they could not step foot outside of their building because of “protocol” and “procedure” that prohibited them from doing ANYTHING to help out with this issue. I asked if we could pull right up to the parking space 5 ft from the door (which was NOT a handicap space) and they could stand inside and my grandma could stick her head out the window to provide identification, that was not a possibility either. They said any of these options are “car side service” which they don’t provide and told me no Fidelity branches provide AT ALL. When I told them I don’t believe their parking lot nor their service was ADA compliant they pretty much threw up their hands and didn’t offer any sort of excuse or accommodation. When asked about more accessible Fidelity branches in the area they said I could “check Google earth” to see if a branch had handicap spots. They also essential told me they make $15 an hour and my complaints were above their pay grade - though they did not even bother to get a manager or supervisor.I am appalled at their behavior and it really shows how little people and locations value their senior citizens and people with mobility issues. Because this is ridiculous. Workers are REQUIRED to offer reasonable accommodation and to take mandated training that TELLS THEM THIS IS REQUIRED.And to end this off, we KNOW this branch is lying about Fidelity policy and not being able to provide car side service because we drove 10 min down the road to a different branch and they came right out to the car to conduct all the business we asked.

I was having issues with a credit card payment and online banking and i kept getting sent back and forth in between different different banks because no one had “access” to the online credentials and no one could help me. although it wasn’t my first choice due to the pandemic i decided to go personally and Edia Gonzalez was able to fix everything for me after i spent 20 minutes going back and forth. she was very thorough and so helpful. we need more people like her at every branch!! ?

i got a call about my loan being renewed and i’ve had so much going on i didn’t have time to go into a branch and renewed it. called twin lakes and Daniel Vasquez the senior banker was so understanding, fast and provided such great service! thank you daniel you’re doing amazing at your job.
