Fidelity Bank always greets me & speaks to me, even when I occasionally have to wait in line. The employees listen, have right answers to my questions, and I find them to be calmly down to earth. Close all your accounts at other banks, and come home to Fidelity Bank.

New interactive banking? Worst experience ever. Christmas Eve arrived at 6:59pm thinking their extended hours til 8pm was a great idea to have. Well, it is 8pm and every 8 minutes it kept saying ESTIMATED WAIT TIME IS 3 MINUTES. So much for my Christmas shopping money. Thanks Fidelity Bank. You sure know how to ruin Christmas for 7 children
