Firestone had always been honest and good to me. They've never done a lousy job or tried to push me into buying something. They have taken care of my vehicles since 2021 flawlessly. We just started using the Town East store about 9 months ago. They continue to do good work as I had received from the downtown store. Thank you

They “checked”my air filter and I went directly to another dealer because my check engine light came on after starting my car after they messed with it. The mechanic said that my air filter is now damaged and I have to get a whole new one. When they just told me it wasn’t fine at Firestone. Aka they broke my air filter

Colbi was very knowledgeable. Understanding my frustrations. Helping out my mind at ease. Made sure my truck was done in a very timely fashion. Called me to keep me up to date. Explained all questions I had during pickup. Even helped get me a quote for done future work. Great environment. Gale is always a top notch tech. His work is impeccable. He pays very close attention to detail.

I popped one of my tires saturday night, and firestone got me all fixed up by early sunday evening! not only were they fast and effective, the man who helped me (I wish I could remember his name) was incredibly nice and helpful. definitely will come back with any of my car issues!

My daughter and I stopped in this evening at 5:15pm, no appointment and the guys got us all fixed up. I had some sort of cover under my car that had gotten loose from snow & ice. They worked me in no problem! Excellent customer service and very prompt. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Excellent service, very prompt and very professional. I went in this morning because my car made an (albeit brief) weird rattling noise; I had just gotten new tires installed so I thought something might be wrong. They took a look at my car and determined nothing was wrong (they were right! I think I ran over a stick or something)
I was on my way to work and was in a rush, and they took time out of their busy morning to check out my car and make sure it was alright. They even refilled my wiper fluid for me.
Excellent service and I wasn't even late to work. Will be coming here for my car needs from now on.

My car unexpectedly wouldn’t start and the car’s system sent me a text indicating it was the battery. My husband was going out of town that evening and I was worried about being stranded. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy, the guys got my car in and replaced my battery. Very appreciative of the service and kindness.

I used to always go to Firestone repair shops for all my car needs, but I will never come back again. Here's why:
I took my car to Firestone after it wasn't starting, and told the people at the E. Kellogg location that the battery was already tested and it may be an electrical issue. I went in-depth with the guy writing the notes on the computer, but will spare the people reading this the details. Just know, I told them THE BATTERY WAS TESTED AND WAS WORKING FINE and that my car wasn't registering that I was in the "Park" position, I even mentioned it could be the park shift indicator...
They call me after looking at my car and tell me that the previous battery test was false and it was indeed the battery. I TRUSTED THE "EXPERTS" and gave them permission to put a new battery in.
What happened after I came and got my car? The same issue. It wasn't starting. I returned the next day and told them the whole story again. The manager came out and I could tell this man was not trying to give me my money back, but after some heated conversation, I got refunded. He blamed it on a "lazy mechanic." (He literally said, "oh yeah, we have been having problems with this guy..." Okay, then fire him?) They asked me if I would like to try and have them find the real issue (you know, the one I originally told them about) but I declined and left, taking my care to Expert Auto downtown.
I told Expert Auto the same story, and they immediately told me they think it was an electrical issue (who would have guessed?!) and were honest about them not having capacity to do a fix like that, so they gave me a number of an electronic tech in North Wichita, and sure enough - he found out it was the park shift indicator fuse and fixed it right up.
The only reason Firestone gets the one star is because I was able to get my money back. This was an extremely frustrating situation that spanned multiple days. It could have been avoided if Firestone would have simply done their due diligence, especially considering I TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT IT TURNED OUT TO BE. Whether that "lazy mechanic" is a legit excuse or not, I will never go to Firestone again.

Firestone offered to take a look at my vehicle at no cost since I had recently had some work done. Employees communicated with me regularly while my vehicle was there by phone and email, making sure I was aware of what was happening. The hours made it convenient to pick up and drop off my vehicle without missing work. When employees communicated that they would not be able to fix the problem, they provided a print out of what they found and offered recommendations. Thank you, and I will definitely be back and recommend!
