The service at the Greenwich location is awesome. The staff is always very nice at the Harry St location! They did a great job doing an alignment on my lowered car and got it done, nice and professional. They used a paper mat on the floor mats so they don't get the cars floor mats dirty which I appreciate it! Slightly less expensive than Costco, and much more convenient and customer friendly. The sales associate advised me that the tires I selected were available, but were being discontinued and I would be unable to match in the future if desired. He pointed me to a comparable and less expensive Firestone product. I accepted the free wheel alignment check. It came back showing so little deviation that the sales associate advised it did not justify expense of an alignment service.
I hope they knew what they were doing. I was told 45 minutes. I left 2 hours later for oil change and tire rotation. They seem to overbook customers, therefore causing extra long wait time. Tito and Jesse were both nice but seemed to be overwhelmed when handling customer issues.
