Worst five below I've been to, shelves almost empty, boxes everywhere, can barely get through the store because of all the boxes of unpacked products, manager outside smoking a cigarette while the staff is standing around inside. Usually go to the one on the west side but figured I would check this one out and it was a absolute waste of trip and time, we couldn't even shop because of all the boxes and empty shelves. I would be ashamed to have employees especially managers like this working for me.

I've been here several times and the employees are always friendly and helpful. In between the seasons it can get a little cluttered but that's life in retail.

The absolute worst five below I’ve ever been in, incredibly messy and an insane amount of the merchandise was broken, opened, on the floor stepped all over, or visibly covered in dirt. The workers side eye you like you literally walked into their house uninvited and genuinely looked scared for some reason when I asked where something was (they did not know) don’t recommend ever coming here.

Know your pricing and you can score a deal, dont know pricing and you will be ripped off. Weve found many fun things here. It isnt below 5 any more everything is over 5 but under 10.

I am not the biggest fan of the Five below stores to begin with, but they can have some really adorable products. This store unfortunately was pretty messy and unorganized. I would avoid this one and try somewhere else. Hopefully they can get this place in order.

Have really nice items, however customer service lacks. Had a basket full of items. Went to grab a shirt. Associate seem to get upset becuase we didn't fold it back the exact way. Then when trying to look at the clothes behind her. She wouldn't move, for us to really look at them. So after the rudeness, put are items back. Mabey, try a different 5below.

Bathroom locked. When unlocked, there was no toilet paper and it was very dirty. Not sure why it was being locked.

Very unhappy, store was a disappointment. Did not have items advertised, majority was for children.
