My two daughters and I visited the store intending to make a purchase, but we were met with extremely disappointing service from the two managers on duty. Their behavior made us feel uncomfortable, as they continuously stared and lurked around us, which felt intrusive and unwelcoming. Due to this experience, we ultimately decided to leave without completing our purchase. I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism we encountered, and if I could rate this experience zero, I would.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This store literally stole my money. Their machine wasn’t counting the money right and the manager first tried to say we didn’t give them enough then it was “fixed” but still didn’t register some of my money. They acted as if they didn’t care to even help me.

The store is great it’s cool stuff. Unfortunately the bathroom is inaccessible. There are two bathrooms in the back that say. “Restrooms are closed sorry for the inconvenience” They are locked and when asking the workers they say it’s closed down and they don’t open it for customers anymore.

Cash register experience is the awkward part. They make the employee scan it for you, even though it is designed as a self checkout, and then when I needed to pay with cash the machine wouldn't take it and the employee had to go to her station at the front of the store to deposit the cash.

Amazing time here the employees were beyond kind and very thoughtful considering I had my autistic son with Mr who gets overwhelmed easily. They helped him with a balloon I purchased

It's a decent store and you can find some good stuff but it used to actually be 5 dollars or less but now they have items that are 15 and 20 so don't think it's how it used to be. I'd say over half the items are actually over 5 dollars. All in all it's still decent except the false advertising. They need to rename it 20 and below.

Great place for quick little gifts and novelty items. Always good when kids want to pick out toys. Staff is always friendly. Never leave empty handed.

Well stocked, and the lady working the self check out, very polite, and pleasurable.
