Went in the other day to see if they had any of the Hello Kitty Halloween merch still available. I was delighted to find the crop top I had been looking for and a cute pair of skeleton joggers in my size and on a rack reduced 40% off from Halloween! I tried on the items and decided to purchase them. The lady at the register was a bit cold and seems inconvenienced that I was shopping there and when she gave me my total I asked if had the discount applied because the math wasnāt math-ing. She slammed the computer screen back to her and literally sighed annoyed that I wanted the 40% that was advertised ?. I ended up contacting customer service but they just keep sending me automated emails that mean nothing. My cashier name was Terrie, at least thatās what it said on the receipt. If I hadnāt been looking at the top for a month I would have just walked out. Terrible customer service.

Yesterday 10/11/2031 purchase a few items, in Forever twenty one, Wichita, Kansas location.
The shoes I purchased along many more items where on sale, the red tag reflected the Sale and they had a huge posted sign next to the shoes.
At check out the girl told me the shoes where final and could not return or exchange. Is cool.
I went today to exchange a pair of jeans for the same pair in a smaller size I was told I could not do so because it was final sale. And that I should have read my sales ticket..
Well, if Iām reading the ticket then it would be too late to do anything as I already made the purchase.
This sound shady to me.
There is no sale posted in or around the jeans area, nether sales tag reflecting the sale.
Disappointing with the untrained customer service there too.the rudeness and strange policy that you are made aware only after purchase and then is too late.

staff? amazing. love them. the customers? very entitled, rude and don't know how to take no for an answer. like???? i'm sorry you can't return your items you purchased over 2 months ago ms.girl. these customers need to grow up and learn how to act their age. They also need to understand that store policy was not created by the 16-21 year old girls that work there and are just trying to do their jobs. be a decent human being to people who are working in customer service. it's not that hard. read the return policy. and f*** off.

I went to go shopping for the first time at that mall and it was the first store we went in. My girlfriend, her grandma, and I were looking at fun socks and i turn around because I hear a manager yell at an employee saying, "what are you doing? Do you not know what to do? Why are you standing there like ****" I am most certai i heard odor and the f*** come out of her mouth. I juts thing that if you're going to hell at an employe, you do it in the back or watch your mouth and tone....
