Got the 2290 filed quickly, took a while to get the "efiled" copy back. Watch out for charges later, I agreed to the $10 fee, then 8 days later they charged my card another $100 without ever contacting me. No answer from them on the later charge. I gave them another week to do something about the later charge and nothing... Shady...

This place is a fraud. I use to fill my 2290 form, because I paid the tax directly to the IRS, but I still needed to fill the form using one of the places that work with the IRS. This place charged me 69.97 for the service in August 11th, but in August 17th thay charged me 99.99 I don't know why. I was trying to contact to this place and nobody answered me. This place is a fraud. I don't recommend it.

I was also charged an additional $99.99 without prior disclosure or approval. i would not recommend this company to anyone. No luck in reaching anyone to try to resolve the issue. The next step is to report to the Better Business Bureau and the IRS as a fraudulent business

Been charge for 99.99 without any reasons after four days of filling,in day of filling they charge 24.99(feel up form 2290 ),looks like that company is scummers,9.99 that isnt final price they charge 24.99(15 dollars extra for some ghost IRS charge which is not exist)

Was overcharged for services I did not want. When I called the man said he would give me a credit. He never did. I have tried to call back, no answer. Left a message, no return call. Will never use again.

UPDATE:After much time spent on the phone leaving messages and writing emails in regards to this matter, I did receive a full refund.I chose the $ 9.99 option for our 2290 for a farm truck that doesn't even pay taxes just so we could get our new tabs since the IRS is so backed up this year. I normally fill and mail this form in myself. I was charged $99.99 not only once but twice! I have contacted them several times to get my $ 189.99 back by phone with no response and email with the response "I'll look into this and get back to you" still waiting for that! DO NOT Recommend and will not use again!

I WAS CHARGED $36.97 AT THE TIME I ENTERED THE INFORMATION ON THE 2290 FORM, I WAS THEN CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $99.99 WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF NOR DID I AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE 9 DAYS LATER. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED AND DO NOT GET A CALL BACK. I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AND STILL NOT RECEIVED A REPLY.

Excellent customer service experience. Although I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone, their web chat services were phenomenal. At some point I had clicked a button to file future services and did not realize until I was charged twice while filing. After web chatting, an agent named ALEX, was super fast and helpful to fix my errors. Their website is super easy to use and helps cut down on time for filing for our business trucks.

Extremely happy with their service. Great place to file 2290 online. I have using them from 5 years. Jessie is awesome I was luck to work with her. She made my day easy. Complete process was very simple.

Scam company do not use. They charged me $12 for filing my 2018-2019 form in early December 2019, which I agreed to and paid. 2 days later they charged me $99.99 fraudulently. I didn't know that, and had them file my 2019-2020 in late December 2019. They charged me their advertised price of $9.99, which I agreed to and paid. When I received my credit card statement, I called about the erroneous $99.99 charge and they said they would fix it. They didn't. So I called my credit card company to dispute. This company disputed my dispute and provided fraudulent receipts to try to prove their charge. If they are going to defraud clients, they should at least be smart enough to know how to do it right. I will be reporting to IRS, BBB, FTC and Attorney General.
