Customer service great but game stop warranty policy sucks don't buy console here if your console go's out they give you a used console in exchange and for all you know the last person dropped it or smoked around it or had bug well not buy another console here

Issue is with gamestop online. How you going to list 1-3 day shipping, but the tracking status says 10 days? Don’t advertise 1-3 day shipping or pay the difference to ensure the customer will get this guarantee.
