“Cigar Chateau is hands-down one of the best cigar lounges around, a true luxury experience with the warmth of a neighborhood classic. They’ve been around for over 30 years, and it shows in everything from their massive selection to the hospitality.
Dan especially stands out: charming, charismatic, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Along with Reuben and the rest of the staff, they make everyone feel at home whether you’re a seasoned smoker or brand new to cigars.
Their humidor is loaded with both legacy and boutique brands: Arturo Fuente, Padrón, Perdomo, Oliva, plus tons of boutique offerings and rare limited editions like OpusX at fair, first-come-first-serve pricing. They also carry pipe tobacco, pipes, and every accessory you could need: cutters, lighters, ashtrays, humidors, you name it.
The lounge itself is top-tier with comfortable chairs, excellent ventilation, and complimentary coffee, tea, water, and soda for anyone smoking. They host frequent events, tastings, promotions, and visits from cigar reps, making it more than just a shop, it’s a community. Highly recommended. ??”

“Stephanie was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and available for any questions I had without making me feel crowded or uncomfortable (even though it is a small store). Unfortunately, because of store size, this location didn't have everything I was looking for in stock, but she checked the inventory of other Patricia's locations to let me know where to get some things, and talked with me about local vendors I might be able to talk to for specialty items Patricia's (as a company) does not carry. Great customer service, thank you.”
“The Workroom in their new location at Eaton Bldg is phenomenal! 2 spacious floors to browse thru all of the unique items from various artists. The location is beautifully renovationed and perfect. There is a coffee and champaign bar with snacks and areas to chat. Grow is back with them in a new business, Planterior, and just perfect for the space. These ladies are super creative and super smart business owners. Love what they have done there! How wonderful watching downtown grow in such a creative direction.”

“Always got my puffco needs and wants Everytime I go in the staff is knowledgeable and when one of them doesn't know what I want they find the glass expert or whoever TF they are and they help me get replacement toppers and coils etc lovely incense and rock collection kinda some weird stuff in their too but that's expected it be third planet”
