I have visited this Great Clips three (3) times for a man's haircut. My hair is worn short like a military haircut after I get it cut. So far the ladies have done an excellent job no matter who has cut my hair and I give the barber an appropriate tip for their excellent haircut. Thank you great clips!!!

The owner and all of the staff are wonderful. They treat you like family. They have excellent customer service and Candice is our fave. They do a fantastic job and it’s CLEAN as it should be. They are in the top 24 of the states and ranked #2 in the state of KS. They are number one in my eyes. I also work customer service and they definitely have that courtesy in check. Check them out if you haven’t. You’ll be glad you did. They know most of their customers by first name. 😊.

I always use this location at 135th and Maple and I always try to stick with the same person. Walked in, checked in at the counter and requested my usual woman which was already working on somebody. The woman I checked in with was rude to me from the start and when I sat down, every time I glanced up she was glaring at me. That was at least 20 seconds before she finally just rolled her eyes at me and I didn't look back at her. My guess is because I decided to choose someone instead of her or the four other stylists waiting at the counter to assist someone. I waited for a couple more minutes, but the more I thought about it, it made me more mad with the way she acted so I left.

I used to use Morgan as my stylist but she moved to
Florida and I was referred to Lyndsey and was happy to have her. She was prompt, courteous and always inquired as to what was going on in my life. She never missed a beat with my haircut and never needed to use the mirror to see the back of my head because I knew it would be a good style. Loved getting to know her and her family as they have just moved into their first home and I was happy to give away furniture that was not longer needed at my home. I highly recommend Lyndsey and besides she has been in the business for quite some time and is aware of all the new trends.

0 stars. My husband took our 3 year old for a hair cut today because his birthday party is Saturday and they cut it way shorter than what they were told to AND HIS BANGS ARE SKEW. Now we have to pay someone else to fix it and it'll have to be even shorter to be even.

Not our personal experience as the lady who serviced us was very good. But I heard a lady being told they dont do perms take the big sign down. Then the lady waited for a stylist who did her hair at Walmart and the stylist was rude to her. I mean wow!! The poor old.lady i felt sorry for her and if that was my.pr grandma I would have really.made a scene. Lady at 12:58 had a white shawl on please address her customer service skills asap.
