Had a very unpleasant experience here getting unloaded

Appointment was 8:00am. Checked in 8:05am as you can see from the picture. And I checked out 10:25am. I didn’t talked to nobody through the phone. It was only messages and website. I don’t know why some people complained about phone calls. And we were only 2 trucks. Maybe it was my lucky day.
