This past week I rented a car from this Hertz location after having another rental car reservation for another agency fall through. I was tight on time but the Hertz team on N Webb worked to help clean a new incoming car so that I could quickly get on the road. I really appreciate the effort!

Told me until the time I went to pick the vehicle up that the SUV I wanted was there when I got there they tried to put me in a large minivan and said they were all sold out of SUVs ruined my vacation

After an extremely awful morning experience with Enterprise. This location came in clutch and are the real MVPs.The staff was quick to pick up where Enterprise had so epically failed and restored my faith in the rental car community. I don’t use the term “G.O.A.T.“ lightly, but the staff at this location truly went above and beyond for my wife and I after she was hit by another motorist just yesterday. I will now be doing all of my rental car business with this location.Avoid Enterprise at all costs. Many thanks to Hertz and the staff at this location.

They did not explain if you get at end of day it still counts as a day regardless but other than that it was good easy transaction friendly staff so I paid 1 day...but not bad still. Much better than enterpriseby far!!!

Hertz corporate has obviously neglected this location.I’ve been a customer for years, but will not any longer due to my most recent bad experiences. I think their other corporate clients like Amazon only matter now. Not individual customers.
