Based on my experience here, the customer service I received was not the best. The store itself seemed to be fine. But due to the lack of better customer service in general, it made this shopping experience not as great as it could have been.

It was great, they have a nice selection of items and clothes but it was expensive but I still give it a five star me and my boyfriend went and he got me this hot outfit that I love, love the place and hope to shop there myself, and him again and get him an outfit

The experience itself was fine, but the cashier there, I believe her name is Eden, was absolutely terrible. She rolled her eyes at me countless times and shoved my bag to me, unenthusiastically told me to 'have a nice day' and didn't care to even look me in the eye. I mean I know its a Hot Topic, but come on. Not going to go there again.

Tons of anime merchandise. The shirts were buy one get one 30% off. The jewelry was buy one get one 50% off. The staff was very helpful. I got asked by all of them if I was looking for anything in particular. Overall a fun store with different stuff
