I had my taxes filed use the coupon and paid cash difference to pay in full month later somebody in upper management called me to say I still owed $35 to get my taxes filed. If management can't do any better than this I will not ever use h&r block again

I went to do the drop off option for taxes and the receptionist was very respectful. HOWEVER when I got the information back on my taxes Delores was not very nice about it. At first the call was fine, but she kept getting more frustrated as the conversation went on. I asked how much I was paying in fees and she tried to go around telling me. I asked again (very politely mind you) and she got snippy.... she finally told me.... the fees were going to be around 400 DOLLARS!!!! I told her that it was too much and she proceeded to say "OHH WOOOW... UMMM OKAY" she was very disrespectful, even though I was very calm cool and collected. I will never go back to H&R block and I will advice many people against it.
