“Haha ? I have been an Allstate customer for quite some time. About a year ago my auto/motorcycle policies renewed there was a mix up with my auto-pay because I had gotten a new debit card, I caught it the day after they were to be drawn out and got it fixed. Fast forward to the next renewal and my auto/ motorcycle policies went up $75/$30, called them to find out why and they told me that it was because I hadn't had continuous onetime payments in the past billing cycle. I think that insurance is a scam anyway, but we have to have it and for allstate to do something like this to a long time customer who corrected the problem within 24 hours is EXTREMELY POOR business!
EDIT: I do have to say that Jon Emmit has been very helpful and a stand up guy . He has always been very helpful and quick to respond to me, that being said he reached out to me soon after my original review unaware of what was going on and made sure that it got corrected quickly and I was reimbursed. THANK YOU JON EMMITT!”

“Accurate and reliable coverage on my most expensive items such as my home and cars is very important. I had been with Geico for decades seeing no real use for an agent because I've never had a wreck for any claims of any kind. I started feeling more like a number and not an individual so I thought I'd give you an independent agency a try. They work really hard to get me the best deal possible and the best coverage for the money and I was very happy. That was a year ago. This year they got me an even a better deal. They stay in touch with me to see if there's anything I need and at times when I needed proof of coverage for stings like in my storage shed or on my property they've been right there they took care of it faster than I could have done it. I'm really glad I made this decision. I may have to leave a message sometime but I get a response within hours if not minutes. Price is one thing but you can't really decide when you get good service until after your involved for a while and I'm certainly glad I'm involved with this agency”
