They made an error setting up an account, then chose to close the account, issuing a check that could not be cashed or deposited except into the account they chose to close. Took no efforts to correct their own error. Customer service by managers was repugnant. They made every effort to make the customer feel responsible for their error. Irresponsible with account set up and with consumer practices.

WOW, what a difference in customer service at this location compared to the one at 21st and Rock location. I am a regular at the drive thru at 21st and Rock location and it felt like the tellers hated doing their job as they hardly wore a smile or had a pleasant demeanor or a friendly voice. The difference was super clear as I just visited the East Central location. Maybe the Intrust Bank drive thru tellers at 21st and Rock can learn how to be friendly from the East Central location.

Incredibly disappointing experience. Have a had a credit card with them for over 10 years which still has limit of $1,500 on it even after asking for increases. It's a shared account with plenty of personal income to back it up but the credit department refused. I once asked to make an international transfer which I had to sign 30 pages in person just to authorize, for which they sent me a letter saying they deemed me too risky of client and closed my checking account. Not even a phone call or any personal communication to discuss. I even wanted to work there, but it seems they don't care as people.

Ordered a new debit card to be here in time for my trip to NYC. It was submitted 2 days late as well as me being told confidently that I’d have it within the week. This has greatly inconvenienced me as I’ll now have to deal in only cash. Very angry

I've banked at Intrust Bank for as long as I can remember, because the employees are always very nice and helpful. Plus I like the online abilities they offer...and the convenience of the locations at Dillon's. Highly recommend!!

So my wife and I were closing our account as we no longer live in Kansas. When we closed our account my wife had to use the restroom. Apparently when you close the account that forbids you from using their restrooms at that very moment. In my wife's discomfort our son wiggled out of her arms and hit his head on their counter. They all stared at her like she hurt him. Because my wife and I shut down our account I guess our son gets treated like trash as well as we were told we can go across the street to chic fil a to get ice. "No room at the inn" Choose another bank. Choose a credit union. And to those that are Christian ask yourself, "was this bank very Christian?" The answer is no. Having my family that's in Kansas close their accounts.

IntustBank is one of the largest financial institutions in the State of Kansas. They have convenient hours and loads of convenient ATM access locations. Best of all they are friendly and a good source of personal and commercial banking needs.
