Excellent service! Got a zipper replaced on a leather backpack. The quality of work was 10/10. The work looks original to the bag and very sturdy. Did a great job matching the zipper to the bag as well. All the employees were very kind as well. Would come here again!

A+++ did a fantastic job on a couple pairs of sandals in which the ankle strap was way too big, unless you have cankels that is… Now my shoes fit perfectly and were ready in way less time than quoted. Thank you!!
