Professional, polite, knowledgeable. Quickly attached a new watch band on my golf watch. I had tried for more than an hour to do it myself. One jewelry store wanted $20.00. They completed the task in 5 minutes, no charge! Of course, we stayed and looked at the beautiful array of jewelry.I’ll be back!

They will quote you one price and then once you drop it off and they do the work they change the price and there’s nothing you can do about it but pay for it. Also look how they did not line up these two rings. The diamonds don’t even lineup it’s offset and hurts my finger….. highly don’t recommended them for soldering the diamond don’t even line up at all

I was going through a difficult insurance claim process for a lost diamond, Monica gave me so much valuable information and help trying to resolve and help me get the most for my claim. Though I did talk with other jewelers, Monica gave me the most and best information. She searched and found me a diamond and helped guide me through the repair of the original band repair and more. AND, my ring was ready the next day. I am so glad that I purchased the new diamond from Jewelry Savers.

I would highly recommend Jewelry Savers, especially if you’re looking for engagement/wedding rings. My fiancé and I both found our rings here and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Monica was very patient and honest with me as I was looking through the rings! Can’t thank Monica and the rest of Jewelry Savers enough!

This place is terrific! I bought a diamond engagement ring for my now-fiancé there and the process was easy and painless. Jalen was a great help in educating me about the ins and outs of a diamond engagement ring, and the price was ultimately very fair. I would go here for any jewelry needs.

I was absolutely terrified to take my wedding ring to any Jewelry shop here in Wichita to get it resized and fixed, especially after my moms ring came back as a different ring from a local Jewelry store. I heard nothing but wonderful things about Jewelry Savers so I took it in yesterday and got it back today and it looks absolutely amazing and the staff was so helpful and wonderful! I will only take my repairs to them going forward! This is truly the best family owned jewelry shop that I have ever found!! My fiancé and I worked with Jewelry Savers to create custom wedding bands for our upcoming wedding utilizing gold and diamonds from jewelry worn by my grandparents. With that in mind, we were very particular and asked tons of questions in the design process, and Jewelry Savers was so great and easy to work with.
