From start to finish, they were excellent at making sure they understood what I was hoping for, making helpful suggestions, and making sure I knew what all the options were for everything from metal and stones to protection plan and insurrance!
Their communication was excellent all the way through and they never gave away a clue when I brought my fiance in for sizing halfway through the process!

“We went to Burnell’s to get my wife ring resized. They were extremely helpful while we were there. She started looking at diamonds because We had talked about upgrading her current diamond in her wedding set. They were extremely helpful and never pushy. Everyone in. There was extremely nice. They asked how you found their Store and we actually stumbled on it by chance. However, we would go back to that store anytime we needed to purchase jewelry. It is a family owned business and you can care. They genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for making our experience fantastic!”

“I’m brand new to having my ring and was nervous to have it fixed but there was immediately trust and comfort when I walked in the door. They gave me their honest opinions but still let me make my decision! The turnaround time was 2-3 business days which is very impressive since he had to add gold to my prongs. He told me he’d take great care of it and I genuinely felt like he cared about my ring as much as I did. The price was very reasonable for what he did to my ring. I will be going back if I ever need anything else!!”

“I don't know why he doesn't charge more. He isn't just a jeweler, this guy is an artist. He has original pieces of art you won't find anywhere else in the world. I asked him why he doesn't charge more and he said he wants it to be affordable.. **facepalm** like people pay out the *ss for a copy piece of junk just because its a name brand and he's got rare stuff. Anyway, he only gets 4 stars because I don't like the colors on the outside of the building lol. Seriously he should charge people for what it's worth and do a renovation instead of keeping prices so low”
