Good place to buy things when you find it yourself. Otherwise the employees and management don’t want to look for products they say are in stock, then you speak to a manager and they don’t care to look. Half of the products in there are opened or messed with and they don’t care. Whole store has been a mess needs better management.

The best place to find material, and I always find something craft-wise that I can use. Kinda out of the way location wise, but always worth the trip to me. The employees are nice & helpful.

I've come to joann for years, I know there are items that are very expensive, but they have good coupons so we continue to shop here for projects. My daughter grabbed some fur for a project she's working on, the label on one said 8.79/yrd and the other much softer said 44.09/yrd. We got a yard of both but the ticket printed out over $88! I saw the line behind us to cut fabric was long so we walked away, and I came back to tell Jennifer I really need to put back one of the yards. I told her I was sorry and said, "sorry I know I'm being a pain" to wich she responds "yes you are, now I have to scrap this" with so much attitude. Ok I didn't realize it cost so dang much! I appreciate that she cares about her business, but she could have been a little nicer about it.

Love the selection of jewelry making stuff here. The store is clean and all employees seemed to not hate their job ❤️

Nice store with a good selection. Employees were friendly. I took one star off because there was only one person cutting fabric and there was a line waiting. Seems odd that a store that sells fabric could not have more than one person to cut the fabric.

Wichita East was unpleasant. The store was disorganized and had an unwelcome attitude from a worker when I asked for assistance. Get your store together! Wasn't impressed. Left disappointed.Wichita West was totally the opposite, even with a short crew. Was able to walk in, find the material I needed immediately, and have a pleasant conversation with the ladies behind the cutting counter while I waited. Ladies, thank you! Longest part was checking out.

What has happened to these stores? I am so sorry to say this but it was so incredibly disorganized in there. I wanted to get elbows deep into cleaning it myself! I shouldn't feel that way as a customer. I have been to many thrift stores organized better than this. Didn't look like anyone's organized or faced the store in half a year.

Went to this store with my significant other. Nothing's organized, Couldn't find anything she needed. The staff was rude from the time we got in there to the time we left. The store is just a mess like a tornado just went through it. No prices on half of the stuff in that store and if there is you have to dig through everything just to find the price. Prices there are way to expensive anyways rather shop at Walmart and they barely have anything but at least they have their stuff together. That store has a lot of work that needs to be done.
