Don't order shoe's and have them sent to the store. My order got delivered on February 13, 2023 at 9:23am by the email I received and on February 15, 2023 at 2:40 pm the store employees are saying they don't have any order for me. I did call customer service they found my shoe's in less then minutes and they are in a different state.

Canceled my order without letting me know. Claimed the upper people told her to do it. Nah you just wanted to buy the shoes yourself. Sad place I won't shop from them again. SMH

Went in with a pair of shoes we bought for my son not even 3 weeks ago and already falling apart. They said they couldn't do anything about them because they had been worn! No duh ? and then they said they couldn't do anything because "they weren't gonna take a hit" for it. What great customer service.
