I just purchased a residential model Gravely mower from KG&T and have to say that I'm very happy with both the mower and purchase experience. Kellen made sure I had all the information I needed to make a knowledgeable purchase and, since I am a first-time zero-turn owner, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with how to operate and maintain this precision mowing machine. Thank you, Kansas Golf and Turf!

Flat tire on golf cart. Said they could not fix it and and a new tire would cost $280.... but the new tire would not match the others. When we declined, they handed back the tire and rim, and charged us $100. We got the old tire fixed elsewhere for considerably less.

Unsolicited review. In these days when you buy a car or go to the Doctor and before you get the car delivered, the sales rep whats you to give him a give star review or the dr sends you a request for a review before you get home from his office. I want you to know that this is an unsolicited review for Kansas Golf and Turfs Service Department.I was having a problem with my EZGO golf cart and filled out an online reauest for service. Phil from service called me, we discussed my issue and set up an appointment. They did a thorough job of investigating my issue and to my surprise it cost much less to repair than I had expected.I’ve played two rounds since and all is well. I can’t thank Phill and his team enounh for the great service.John French

Terrible experience. Had a small leak in differential wanted it fixed. They picked up my cart on Thursday. Never contacted me and told me about costs or timing. I called on the following Tuesday and was told that it would be a week to week and a half before they could give me a estimate. I called the following Friday and was told the plastic tray holding the batteries broke and I needed a new tray, however there wasn't one available for two months. The tray wasn't broke when they picked it up. I asked about the cost to repair the leak, and Phil said he hadn't looked at it. At this time I called some friends to have the cart picked up. To my surprise there was a $210 charge to release the cart. I am not sure what they did to deserve this fee. Obviously anyone considering using this company should think again.

Okay, not great. If you're standing at the counter and have already begun dealing with someone, no matter how many calls come in or how long those conversations last, the person on the phone takes precedent. You could, as I have been, literally in the process of paying and have a finger raised to you while they chat away with someone on the phone that's playing "what if" on some aftermarket parts. Ridiculous. The prices are high and the service is low. The only thing they have going for them at all so far as I can tell is they often have the parts in stock, though not always. The service is an entirely different can of worms. Don't recommend that at all. If NEED something right this minute and are willing to be ignored, disrespected and overcharged to get it, ok. Just install it yourself.
