About Kansas Humane Society

The Kansas Humane Society is a place to adopt wonderful pets, described as sweet and well-cared for animals. The staff is very nice, kind, helpful, professional, caring, patient, and thoughtful. The building is extremely clean and in excellent condition. They also provide services like getting pets fixed and cremation. While there can be a bit of a wait time, the experience is great, and it is considered one of the best places to adopt a new family member.

    Copper our most recent adoption has been wonderful. The staff was wonderful when we came to visit him. It has been 3 months and I am just as much or more in love with him since they day we adopted Copper.

    Dropped our girl off in the morning and picked her up that evening to be spayed. You get what you pay for does not apply here. Shots included was less than half what the vets was going to charge. I feel here procedure went well she remains active and no tell tale side effects.

    I brought my lil dog here to get cremated. It was $180. The young man that helped me was so nice! Asked me questions and was so curtious. Thank you for your help. Now I'll get her back in 2 to 3 weeks.
